OYO 4636 Hotel Suruchi

Hotel Suruchi of Gwalior is a comfortable hotel where I and my spouse UMI stayed two nights three days from 5th Dec. to 7th Dec. this year. The location of the hotel is perfect; the hotel itself is gorgeous, rooms are cozy and food is extremely good. Staffs are very friendly and cheerful.. Service of every department of the hotel is good. In Front Office Desk we met Mr. Shailendra Raghubanshi, the operation manager of the hotel, who was very helpful for us. Still in Kathmandu we are remembering his cheerful face . Even the room boy Mr. Tara Singh was also seemed to be very experienced in his work. We could not remember the names of other staffs of the hotel but can say they all were very good and well trained. From the very beginning to an end our stay was delightful and it met our expectations. The only weakness of the hotel is that they are not providing Tea and Coffee maker in the room.||In all the stay was fruitful and awesome. We recommend to the visitors of Gwalior to stay at this hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Suruchi for 2 nights, and loved my stay. It was a bit expensive, but I couldn’t find any clean hotel in Gwalior, and cleanliness is so important to me. ||||The room service guy was well behaved and polite. Room service was super fast. You ask for water and it’s there in less than 5 minutes. You ask for food, it’s there in 20 minutes. ||||The only negative was the short and stubby guy at the reception area. When I called the hotel, he said it’s 3200 INR for two people (one room) and 2800 for one person (one room). I said I’m getting a much better deal on a hotel booking website, then he said you come down to the hotel and I’ll give you a good offer. I mean that’s ridiculous. The hotel management should look into it.

I was pleasantly surprised to see such a good property in a peaceful, good location in Gwalior at this price and managed by OYO.||But as they say, it's inexpensive because it deserves it .||Curtains are too light to stop the outside light. There was too much noise and dragging of stuff late night by hotel staff. Dinner was ordered and the reception guy simply forgot it.||Toilets can be better .|It seems the management doesn't have much interest in running this beautifully located decent property at a good peaceful location in Gwalior.||Better to avoid staying here.

The rooms were spacious but the furniture and other items in the room were a bit old. ||Though the overall hotel is neat and clean. The best thing about the hotel was the food from its restaurant and it was tasty and well presented.||||If not for staying would definitely would come back for the food.

spacious and conformable rooms with grate garden view, yummyyyy food and very helpful staff. location is decent and i find this hotel improving every day. i the conclusion i found this hotel reasonably good.

I was ther for a day stayed in room with garden view. The room was clan and food was really good the down side is hotel is pure veg & they don't serve alcohol also rest every thing was good with ample of parking space.

Its an average hotel to stay. Hotel environment is good. Rooms are also well maintained and clean. Stayed here with my friends and had a good time in this hotel. Food is also good and hygenic. Hotel staff is also co operative.

stayed there for a week, the restaurant is nice, good staffs, good ambiance, right location and good price.|I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. the food quality was very nice and after having food at the restaurant the first day, didn't even tried outside food.
