If I could I'd give negative rating to this place I booked Ac room and payed 1300 for it through ixigo and when I reached there they told me that all the rooms are full and sent me to some other hotel of their connection and as it was midnight I had to go and there they asked me extra payment and made me stay at a place with no electricity and the room was also unhygienic . Worst hotel everr.

There was no option to give negative ratings hence giving it a one star I booked my room online & did call too, but the moment i arrived at the place they denied the entry stating all rooms are full, even prior to the booking they indirectly asked me to pay 2000 Rs extra over the given payment Not recommending to anyone instead go & find the better hotel yourself. Just like to add here the OYO customer care executives were also not professional enough, when I dial them to complain they simply started beating the bush around & instead of helping me they were just asking me to book another hotel, I mean what the hell is that ? DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EITHER FROM OYO OR ANY OTHER ONLINE PORTALS !!!

Hi guys Don't think about staying over there. I had booked a room for 2 bookings online through Oyo rooms. I had paid for an Ac deluxe room. They refused to provide me with a room. While my booking was prepaid. They said to me we can offer you a room so I just check that room that room was too small and dirty. So I had to go fo somewhere else. I any one coming from outside the gwalior you can stay in gwalior city centre or near by railway station. They do not know what hospitality is.

Worst hotel of gwalior . Never book this hotel . Staff behaviour not well, room also not clean . Smelling all d room . Online booking never accepted here. Charge is very high . complete waste of money of you are booking this hotel.

Pathetic service. The staff and manager were rude and non supportive. They asked me for extra money and denied entry. I would suggest not to book this property.
