Worst hotel I had seen in my life. I stayed in their rooms and at 3 am in the morning their room got leaked and the rooms got filled up with lots of water till ankle of a person. The rooms door are not properly maintained throoms are not getting lock as their looks are broken. Worst facility. Rooms are poorly maintained. They don't even have the manners to speak with their customers. They behave rudely with their customers. The receptionist says to add more taxes to room payment even if their is no facility available. Receptionist says to add in the terif as I had taken 3 rooms the receptionist said to add terif to our actual bill which we have to pay. Their bedsheets are smelling. The mattereses are of low quality. The receptionist name is abhishek who talked so rudely and he added more taxes to our actual bill. They don't even know how to handle or talk to their customers. How toanage customers. They have zero knowledge. Literally very poor service they provided

Worst hotel, I have ever ever seen in my life. I stayed in their rooms at 3 AM in the morning. the rooms got leaked and the roots got filled up with lot of water in an angle of a person. The rules are not properly. Maintained bathrooms are not getting lock. The person with me have kept his phone beside him and because he was sleeping in the extra bed. When the water fills his phone also get out of service and when we call the reception, he does not even see our problem. He denied our phone calls and just deny the receptionist. Abhishek is a very poor Man who does not even listen to persons difficulties. He does not understand someone the person who are there for Services room services? They are also very late. We call them at 3 AM to change our room and clean it, but they do not reply us. After many calls. One person just clean a room Say that we will talk to you tomorrow. The food was very tasteless. Unhygienic the hotel rules were dirty. Unhygienic. There were tobacco’s alcohol fall on the ground of the rules, and they just say that we have clean the room.

I had booked a Deluxe Room online for ₹1700 (including tax). At the front desk, we asked for an upgrade to an Executive Room. The staff member charged us an additional ₹200, saying the upgrade would be calculated based on the online rate since we booked online. However, when I checked, the Executive Room rate online for the same day was ₹1650 including tax. Even after showing this, he refused to refund the extra ₹200. His behavior became extremely hostile and rude. He didn’t offer any alternative—no refund, no breakfast, nothing. It felt like a complete waste of money and time, especially when all I wanted was a peaceful check-in after 15 hours of traveling. I stayed patient, but the desk person actually raised his voice and said, “Lena ho to lo, warna dekh lo.” If you want, I can also shorten it, make it more formal, or turn it into a complaint message. For sure this was the last time I booked this hotel

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained — paint was peeling off the walls, and some door locks were broken, making it feel unsafe. Basic amenities were missing; in a few rooms, there was no AC or TV remote, which was just unacceptable. The service was equally bad. The receptionist was rude and uncooperative, showing no interest in resolving any of the issues we faced. To make things worse, the hotel has a ridiculous policy that doesn’t allow guests to visit rooms, which makes absolutely no sense for a hospitality business. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor management, zero customer service, and terrible maintenance — definitely not worth the money.

I don't understand why the management is being so unfair to this property. The hotel is built with premium fittings—showers, bathroom taps, wardrobes, fridge, and other interior elements all reflect a high-class setup. However, due to lack of proper upkeep, all these features are deteriorating. The hotel maintenance is very poor. Housekeeping is in a pathetic condition. The entire hotel smells bad, and the carpets are dirty. Even after multiple requests, rooms were not cleaned. Food is just average. I would love to give a good rating to the property itself, but the management is completely unprofessional and is ruining this beautiful place. The front desk staff is completely untrained—during check-in, the staff member was busy chatting with a friend on loudspeaker and gossiping instead of attending properly. Staff behavior is decent, but they clearly lack training and basic etiquette. Overall, a potentially great hotel is being completely ruined by poor management and neglect.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. They are pathetic and very shameful. Room service was not responsive even after 5 calls and still no shame on their face while informed on reception. Basically my simple advice to you kahin bhi jao par yahan booking ki sochna bhi mat.

Room got broken door and not even able to lock the door because lock is not working, pathetic service from oasis blue. Pillows are not clean even have hair on them of previous people asked to clean but no response. Only outside building looks good inside everything is bad.
