Hotel Oasis Blue

Disappointing Experience at Oasis Blue Hotel. I recently had the misfortune of visiting at Oasis Blue, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations in several key areas. The staff seemed unprofessional, and our room wasn't ready on time, which was frustrating. While the rooms were tidy, they were also quite small. However, the biggest issue was the poor customer service. The receptionist appeared stupid, disinterested and unhelpful, struggling with basic tasks. The lack of staff on duty was noticeable, and it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. Hopefully, they can improve their service and staff training to provide a better experience for future guests. -1/5 stars.

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect - clean and spacious room, courteous staff, and delicious food. The service was quick and professional. Truly a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to pay for suffering, book this hotel and stay here😂 Nd you enjoy discomfort and bad service, this is the place for you! Otherwise, you’d be better off sleeping anywhere else—even a park bench might be a better option. Definitely not recommended and they tried to charge me for things that were never mentioned in the booking. Poor customer service and a lack of transparency. I wouldn’t recommend this place!" One of the worst hotel I've ever been stayed. The man who sits at the reception is so adamant, rude , I don't what hotel owner saw him ,he is not deserve to be there ,he has no ethics,zero knowledge of what hospitality is. I've stayed here for one night,and the experience was awful. Till now every hotel i stayed there is one complimentary water bottle is present but in this even if you breathe they will charge for air which present in their rooms. I recommend each and evryone don't stay here if you don't want to ruin your stay.

I am writing the review to express my disappointment and frustration with my stay at your hotel on 17th March. Unfortunately, my experience was one of the worst I've had, and I would not recommend your hotel to anyone. Here are the specific issues I faced: 1. When I requested an early check-in, I was told that a room was available, but I would be charged an extra ₹400. Moreover, when I asked for a GST bill, it was denied. 2. The room allocated to me was extremely small, and the sink was inadequate. 3. To my horror, I found bed bugs in the room, specifically in 2-3 areas. 4. When I requested a water bottle, I was provided RO water in a used Bisleri bottle. 5. Although this hotel does not have a restaurant, still they denied me permission to order food from outside or through online platforms. 6. The food served by hotel was of extremely poor quality, which was expected given the lack of a proper restaurant. 7. Toiletries were not provided unless I specifically asked for them. 8. The behavior of your staff was horrible and unprofessional. 9. For the Breakfast I had paid 200 additional and in breakfast they served only poha and bread. I am writing this review to let all know that it is a dirty, shabby hotel with no choice to supress customers. I have clearly mentioned that I need GST invoice from Hotel and AGODA. But Agoda denied as they claim to be an online platform jut cannot give GST bill. I spoke to Hotel receptiojist Atul who seems to be kind to speak before but as soon as I left the hotel he clearly denied to give me bill. Such fraud and mis commitment is being done. Kindly avoid going to this hotel as it is really pathetic place along with fraud team at work.

To be honest, I feel the owner has just wasted his/her money in building this hotel as for some unknown reasons he forgot to hire literate and trained staff at his hotel. They don’t know how to talk to their customers and literally have no idea what’s going on in the hotel or might be they don’t care. The manager was openly using cuss words displaying his real class where he belongs. The washrooms were not cleaned and stinky, no towel present in the washroom, and the fun fact is this hotel doesn’t even provide mineral water bottle after paying so much. The buffet is for name sake, they’ll provide you 4-5 items, all tasteless so that the consumption can be controlled. I’ve stayed across a lot of hotels but with this one I had the worst experience ever. I suggest whoever came across this review to stay away from this hotel.
