Hotel Oasis Blue

To be honest, I feel the owner has just wasted his/her money in building this hotel as for some unknown reasons he forgot to hire literate and trained staff at his hotel. They don’t know how to talk to their customers and literally have no idea what’s going on in the hotel or might be they don’t care. The manager was openly using cuss words displaying his real class where he belongs. The washrooms were not cleaned and stinky, no towel present in the washroom, and the fun fact is this hotel doesn’t even provide mineral water bottle after paying so much. The buffet is for name sake, they’ll provide you 4-5 items, all tasteless so that the consumption can be controlled. I’ve stayed across a lot of hotels but with this one I had the worst experience ever. I suggest whoever came across this review to stay away from this hotel.

Rooms are not clean, Staff behaviour is not good, for executive room they are not provided complimentary water bottle, they are not ready to listen to anything. Normal hotel are providing better service then this.

Hotel is good and location also superb but the behavior of staff is not good they denied to provide rooms after online booking and also not cancel booking forcing to stay in other hotel provided by them

Worst experience.washrooms were stinkny.flush was not working.water leakage.rude staff.room had no ventilation...can go to far good options as this price...

Best service best staff I hosted my makeup seminar in oasis blue and hands down it was the best one till now Staff is so supportive and was available in one call I just came once and told the setup details once and the on the day of the seminar everything was arranged as per I wanted food taste is top notch No doubt best location to host your parties Thankyou oasis blue for making our competition worth the while Thankyou you REGARDS MUA RIYA CHANDWANI

Very 3rd grade hotel in this area.. Shower handle brocken, floor is not clean, pathetic Service staff. electrical switches are not working.. don't visit this hotel..
