Hotel Heaven is located at a very good location, just 500 meters from Bhopal Junction Railway Station, Platform No - 6. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and budget friendly rooms. It's opposite Manohar Dairy where you can get good food. Overall, I had an amazing stay.

The hotel room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, . Highly recommended for a luxurious stay!

Starting from check-in experience this hotel staff does not know how to properly welcome their guests. I forst checked 2 rooms and both were horribly unclean, but they claimed that they had cleaned the room. Finally I didnt have any other option and checked in. I found lots of hair and disgusting blood stains on my linen. When asked about this they said they said they had changed the linen. So sad that they lie openly on your face. I got the linen changed and even the new one looked dirty full of blood stains. Rooms and toilet were unhygienic and definitely not worth the price. Not recommended for even budget travellers untill and unless you are in a tight situation.

Service is not appropriate. I visited in mid June and they turned off the maine switch of the AC at night. Phones are dead, bedsheets and blankets are not so clean. The rate is too much for the facilities they are Provided.
