Hotel Maa Ganga Palace

Had stay in this hotel (in May). The man at reception charged 1400 rs. Then when i checked out in morning at 4. The guy asked more 300 rs and said it was GST. As it was not mentioned and the payment which i made during check in was full. These guys even did not gave any bill to me. I was there for SSB and was getting late. The guy started to fight with me early morning. They don't even deserve one star. Edit- you can’t even reply with ‘We Didnt found your name in our database’ Just got a call from your manager about the review😂.

Worst experience ever. Bad staff behaviour. I have travelled to many places. I have visited more than 60-70 hotels. But this is worst. I don't even want to talk about this place. We were enjoying our holidays but this place made my worst holiday ending.

One suggestion think 10 times before going here. Bad service. Terrible hotel, had broken washroom and walls. Dishonest management, charge unnecessary extra charges.

This hotel falls far short of deserving even a single star. My stay here was marred by terrible staff behavior. Upon arriving, I presented my Goibibo booking, but the reception denied it, insisting on a direct booking and payment. This discrepancy in their policies led to unnecessary confusion and frustration.Furthermore, the information provided about the rooms was misleading. The rooms turned out to be in poor condition, and cleanliness was sorely lacking. It's disheartening to encounter such subpar conditions when expecting a comfortable stay.In summary, my experience at this hotel was disappointing on multiple fronts, from uncooperative staff to inaccurate room descriptions and cleanliness issues. I would strongly advise against considering this establishment for your accommodation needs.

Very poor service, the rooms are not cleaned well , and the room rent is to high,they told me that they can give me room at Rs 1,200 and when I was checking out they are saying that ,you have to give extra payment of Rs 1,400,I told that I can't give you that much money,and they hadade me to pay rs 500 more ,the total rent I was paid for one day with out having any food is rs 1,500. The bathrooms are very unhygienic, also the TV they in there rooms are not working.

On 23 10.18 we took five rooms rs 800/ per room for two days.over phone I talked​ to them that we have kitchen instrument and cooking person .We were total 14 the person . you have to provide some places to cook . They agreed with us. According ly we paid rs 8000/ total for two days. After entering the hotel in the night They have told me that We have to provide rs 2000/ per day for providing cook place. Then we supplyed voice recording of receiptionist that she did not say any charge for cooking. The management staff are great liar and we were compelled to pay rs 2000/ for providing cooking place. Being compelled on the following day we left the hotel .So the staff of the hotel are greate cheatter. I asked them to provide bill.but They didn't give it. I took photo copy of same. So I will reguest the public not to stay at this worst hotel. There are lot of hotel near by place which are fer better than this hotel in all respects.

"I had very bitter experience. These hotels should be black listed from all the travel website, not even worth it for Single 🌟" One old aged auto men took me to this hotel around 1.30pm and said it was good hotel to stay. When I asked for tariff they started from ₹2,600/- and I said my budget was not more than₹1,000/- since I have to leave same night I bargained with and finally settled at ₹,1,200/- and paid advance ₹1,500/- The room were not neat and clean and in wash room water was stagnated and closets were not cleaned properly. When started vacating the room And went to settle the bill they charged me extra GST and said they have to pay back just ₹36/- .till now not able to understand what for they charged me extra.when I the deal was final for ₹1,200/- why they should charge me more. "Very very bitter experience not even worth it for Single 🌟
