The rooms and service was excellent, staff is humble and very helpful. Rooms were clean and in good condition as seen in the pictures online. You can book without any second thought.

The behaviour of the staff is very bad. First they will give you the room by quoting the money and later they will say that there was no discussion at that time and extra money will be charged for every item taken from the hotel. They will also start charging for the things that you did not take. You will be treated very badly at the time of discharge, so do not stay in such hotels.

Thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. Every detail was attended to with care, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.The room was immaculate and well-equipped, providing a peaceful retreat. What truly made our visit memorable was the delightful chat we had with Imran and Amit at the end of our stay they truly went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed.I look forward to visit again and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking outstanding service and comfort, within the proximity of the railway station.

I stayed in hotel on 20th November 2024 and my experience with this hotel is horrific experience. The room are very dirty and services are vey bad . The staff and reception /manage are very rude. Waste of money & time. Suggest not to book this hotel if you want comfortable stay.

New rooms. Some infrastructure still underway like intercom, fridge etc. Room service is very bad. Housekeeping and room cleaning is very poor. Staff is too much but no one attending the customer properly. Drinking water not provided in the rooms without asking. In few room intercom not provided so you can not avail room service.

Stayed in 3rd week of Nov 2024 I met with very bad and terrible experience in this hotel . Rooms and cushion covers, pillow and bedsheet were dirty and spotted . Charged too much as an Additional Cost . Behavior of staff was unprofessional and rude.
