Very very very bad experience. Just look at photos there's so much unhygienic area. Very bad bathroom was smelling, leaking water, tobacco spit everywhere in bathroom and room. No glass on window, spends night full of mosquitos because of no glass on window door. Small size TV you can't see anything clearly. Recommend not book room in this hotel.

Very bad, dirty, uncleaned room and bathroom. Actual room and rooms show online are very different. I request to everyone if you plan to book this hotel for stay please don't book this hotel for stay with your family.

Defaulters hotel and Govt agencies are taking action. Nagar Nigam Bhopal and epfo office has attached this hotel property. Stay at your own risk.

I am giving 5 star for this hotel because whatever amount they are charging for 24 hours in this much amount only that much dervice and facility can be provided. People who are rating it with a ⭐⭐ or ⭐⭐⭐ they should rather try visiting some expensive hotels. it seems that they want to purchase cashew nuts at the price of groundnuts. Please be sensible. If you want better services you should try the places which charge you more. This far no further.

Last week I checked in hotel Shivalik gold. My experience is disaster for me. I can't understand how to start my disaster discription. The room is welcomed me with torn & pha-tele Chadar, blanket, window parde & pillow cover sorry along with pillow also. The good thing is that room is fully Air conditioned during winters, I searched lots about invisible AC, but I can't find, There after I removed window curtains & I discovered window cabinet without any doors. Therefore I visited bathroom, it's full of natural light, because you can't do anything things at night. With 24 hr of water supply due to leakage of tap. I stayed for 72 hours it's continue to waste precious water. I complaints for that, manager told me that their is only one plumber in Bhopal. Last but not least, thanks to Google for not inventing 0 or negative symbol, So they got 1star for entertainment without Television.

Quality of service is not worth to payment. Single person room at rupee 800. Bed bugs are there and not bed sheets are there. There is very poor television service. CRT tv with DIsh TV. Its nice to stay with rupee 400-500. Not more than that. Reception is good. Situated at good place but the hotel is inside a bit. But many touring places are nearby from this. Bhopal is famous for its Lacks. Upper lack is appx. half a hour away from this.

Bad service by staff. Dirty Bathroom. Dustful room with uncleaned cup and plates found inside room. Old and damaged tv inside room. Useless bed sheets. I recommend people should not go their. I never seen this type of bad hotel in india.
