The day staff is very rude, they have no manners of talking, the staff does not know their responsibilities,The madam in the day staff is very ill-mannered, she doesn't know how to talk, she judges by looking at the looks, the day staff madam talks about status, treated me in a very dirty manner, it was a very bad experience, Satyavilas staff is very bad😞

2nd worst OYO I have ever seen in my life. No hot water, no fresh towels, no phone in the room, no lift facility, no wi-fi, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, no tv, no remote for Ac (well, at least they have Ac), no room service. 2nd worst OYO I have ever seen in my life. No hot water, no fresh towels, no phone in the room, no lift facility, no wi-fi, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, no tv, no remote for Ac (well, at least they have Ac), no room service. In short once you entered the room, you are on your own. On my check out day, I requested a water bottle on billing counter at 8:30 am and they didn’t even bother to provide it in my room until I checked out at 11:30 am. If you like to sleep on 6” foam bed, this is a place for you. Overall, scary experience.

The room was full of cockroaches laying on your bed. Unhygienic rooms. the receptionist was very rude and mannerless. better go for more option available in nearby. Room was very dirty and in very bad condition. no service. need to call many times for service And also they tell us we dont accept low rates online booking they charge extra amount while check-in

The service was pathetic, room was uninhabitable, the staff was rude and uninterested in attending their guests and they overcharged for the room while totally ignoring the booking prices shown on your website. I being an aggrieved customer as well as a lawyer, intend to serve you and the hotel with a legal notice for deceivingly over charging money and failing to deliver the quality of service promised on the your site. Additionally I’m also going leave appropriate reviews on every goddam platform so others can be saved
