Hotel The Bentree, Bhopal

Horrible experience, worst staff. Lady in reception is totally unprofessional. Lady asked to pay whole amount upfront without even handing over the room key. I mean on what logic you ask for full payment without providing any service. Room was booked with breakfast from Fabhotel app, upon reaching at hotel they deny providing breakfast. I mean what the heck is this. I don’t know how they are present in hospitality business with zero knowledge of industry basics. Totally horrible and unprofessional. Negative vibes from all over the place. Had to cancel the booking without check-in and had to hassle to find another hotel in middle of the night. Never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The worst service ever. Unprofessional staff, neglecting behaviour. Unnecessarily expensive rooms with unhygienic conditions. Kindly avoid unless you don't have a choice

Staff is good..polite and helpful.. especially Ms.Poonam Shrivastav is very co-operative and softly spoken person..she truly helped us a lot.. Rooms, hygiene and essential facilities need to improve.

It was a horrible experience staying at this hotel with family.I didn't find this hotel safe for ladies/ families. Hope hotel management will work on the safety of their guests and either not allow drunk guests or have separate floor for such anti-social elements.

Rooms are very neat and clean.. room service is also prompt and staff is very cooperative. Overall it's a happy stay for me. Price is also affordable. Thank you Bentree

Worst hotel management i have seen ever. Staff will never address ur problems. Bathrooms are as dirty as public bathrooms. Choose this hotel only if u have no option in 50km sorrounding and pay only aftr seeing room.

I wanted to rate this hotel zero but Google was just not allowing me to post my review without rating...I don't feel like rating this Hotel as my experience over here is quite pathetic. Just to earn an extra penny they just list their property in various hotel booking sites and then when you reach there they just upfront deny that the booking has been done....even after showing them the invoice they have the audacity to say us that we can only get the rooms if we pay them again ...never ever stay in this hotel as it has got the worst hospitality ever ....and I am sure that they will delete this review as it is unveiling their true face....horrible staff and horrible owner....
