The Crescent suites Hotel

"I recently stayed at crescent suite and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's location was convenient, and the amenities were great.

Extremely poor behavior from both the owners and staff. Lacking basic decency and using harsh language. They refused to provide food, claiming the chef was on leave, and even when we brought food from outside, they didn’t allow us to bring it in. This led to a major argument in the corridor, creating a scene. All the switchboards in the room were in disrepair, and the pillows were damaged. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially given the inhumane treatment from the owners.

Liked the hotal. The staffs are with good behavior and polite. Rooms are clean and very near to Kalamassery metro.

Hotel is walkable distance from Kalamassery metro train station. Very neat room and 24hrs hot water supply is there. Excellent veg & Non veg restaurant are there near by hotel. Staff behaviour is polite and the service is fast as well as responsible.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Food is good and clean. Staff are polite. A bit off the main road but overall experience is good.

Worst experience that the room was not cleaned properly. Under the blanket, bedsheets and also on the pillow covers there were a lot of hairs and at the top of that they have spread the sheet. How badly they have shown their hygienic level. Even we took the pictures to show them, but if posted here it would look that worse to those who see it!!!
