The room(Superior) was neat and spacious. The staff were courteous. Had a great stay. If there is an option for normal drinking water, it would be better for people who don't prefer packaged water. I would prefer this hotel for my next trip too.

The room is quite big, which is really nice! You will have enough space to store and open your suitcases. There is a strong smell when I enter the room, it's like perfume...? Not so bad, but it makes me a little bit of a headache. 😅 There are only 1-3 hangers in the room. if you need more, you'll need to request the reception. No fridge and hairdryer in the room. Their customer service is great, and they respond instantly to your needs. 👍 My skin is allergic to dust easily. When I asked them if there is any other room available, they showed me another one immediately and upgraded me to that room. 🥹 Thank you so much !

Very good stay place. Staffs were very friendly. Rooms are well maintained. Budget slightly on the higher side but it will fulfill the needs. They also allowed me to use the stay area to get freshen up after my check out so customer service will definitely good.Hope continue the same with some budget rooms as well

It’s an okay hotel, nothing to brag about. The rooms are tiny and don’t have much ventilation due to which there’s a musky smell in room and bathroom. There was no space to walk in the room once you keep your luggage. Housekeeping staff is good. Front desk could be better. Only plus is the location which is very close to metro station.

Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are very spacious,neat and well maintained. Next visit will definitely opt for the same place. Although I faced no problem parking my car, parking can be improved.

Wonderful stay.... rooms were cleaned daily...nice co operation and very helpful front desk boys....even the helper boy's were very nice and polite.... wonderful experience...for breakfast... there is Aryas...veg restaurant just next door... very tasty hot and fresh food.... totally best stay for 5 days...

I have stayed in the place for three days during my solo vacation to kochi. It’s an amazing place with everything at accessible and convenient. Nearby to the airport as well. Kudos to the great team at Address 7, great hospitality. Will surely visit again. Best regards!
