The Crescent suites Hotel

Hotel is walkable distance from Kalamassery metro train station. Very neat room and 24hrs hot water supply is there. Excellent veg & Non veg restaurant are there near by hotel. Staff behaviour is polite and the service is fast as well as responsible.

Worst experience that the room was not cleaned properly. Under the blanket, bedsheets and also on the pillow covers there were a lot of hairs and at the top of that they have spread the sheet. How badly they have shown their hygienic level. Even we took the pictures to show them, but if posted here it would look that worse to those who see it!!!

We stayed for three month due to an office work, rooms are good. Staff behaviour is excellent. Complimentry breakfast was provided for us. Overall stay was good.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably clean. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very Bad Stay Please dont prefer this hotel. Checked in by 1 am...checked out on the same day by 6 pm. They still charged 2 days full paymount. Fully money minded.Please dont select this hotel
