NillIt's fully money minded. I have booked room two rooms for 5 person's by Oyo. During check in, said only one room is available with 4 persons. I have argued with hotel manager, then said you can cancel the room if you not interested to take single room. That time I have no choice, so I had decided to take the room. This hotel has capacity of 3 cars only. so before booking consider this one. I am very lucky during check in process, only one car was there. I am not understanding why OYO entertained these type of hotels. So I am giving bad rating to OYO as well as Rajmahal Orchid. But room was very good and clean.

NillExtremely poor reception staff . This hotel was just trying to loot money from all the pockets possible.The free breakfast mentioned in the OYO website is fake , they will give you 40 rs coupon and ask to pay whatever extra you have . When we requested if we can extend the check out to one hour they agreed and later asked for extra money with out informing this when we asked. Pathetic behaviour from the time we checked in by the lady staff and will never recommend anyone who want a pleasant Chikmagalur experience.

NillMy experience at Hotel Rajmahal Orchid (OYO 5702) was horrible. To my surprise, when I reached hotel, I was informed that there is no information from OYO regarding my booking. Even though I had a booking confirmation from OYO, receptionist was denying it in a very rude manner . After arguing for sometime (almost 4 hrs ! ), receptionist agreed to show the communication from OYO regarding my booking, and to my surprise, Hotel got an email regarding my booking from OYO. After this Hotel staff started to cover this first by blaming OYO for excess booking and then switched to non working days due to Elections in Karnataka Truth is that Hotel sold the rooms on first come fist serve basis without taking into account the online booking confirmation. Four other families were also struggling to get their confirmed online rooms At last we were forced to stay in a nearby OYO room, worst (cheap) room I have ever stayed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY FOR FAMILIES

NillA pleasant stay in the Rajmahal orchid with well set up interiors and luxurious rooms made the stay worth it. Responsive staff and tasty food made it even better. Perfect location in the heart of the city made it easy to go to other places. Parking facility was very good . Overall a very well set up and a pleasant hotel.

NillThe worst hotel and the management staff here. we reached the hotel at 12pm on Saturday thinking of making our weekend a stressless one... However, this person at the front desk denied to give us the rooms as we booked them via OYO... Apparently, OYO and thia hotel have some business issues which was not mentioned on the website while booking or even after we called OYO to confirm if our booking is confirmed... this person at this hotel spoke to us in a very bad manner and bluntly told us that we have the rooms however, as u have come via OYO we will not give u the rooms... He asked us to leave the hotel and to call OYO... These people alongwith OYO the 50% contributor to this nonsense event ruined our trip... Thanks to Maharaja Orchid hotel and OYO!!!! 🙏🏻

NillAll the amenities they claim is a hoax. Don't have proper parking as they claim. They Force you to park ur veichle beside a narrow road.
Asked additional money to provide an additional cot/bed for the third person even though we have already paid extra for the 3rd person.
The manager is very rude. Even talks very rudely with female guests. Just treat them as filth and had an attitude that he is doing a great favor by allowing people to stay in the hotel.

NillWe have booked from MMT . Room was good. Room service was very poor actually they dnt have room service . The 2 gals at the reception hardly know anything . If u want eat will have to go out or buy the food n eat in ur room. They do have menu for the nearby restaurant u will have to go there . I would suggest within 300m-200m there are very good food option then what hotel restaurant serve . For veg little corridor/ For non veg chicken house

NillAn amazing place , worth what you pay . Make a reservations on sun-mon and it's a steal deal on Oyo , The manager is sensible unlike the receptionist who tries tricking us into a normal room where my reservation was for a suite room . The manager eventually gave us a suite . If the receptionist hadn't tried to be over smart , it would've been a 5!
