Treebo Orchid

Rooms are spacious and oppulent. No restaurant at the premise. Service is horribly bad.. The four star rating is for the room and the location. I wish I could give minus for the service at the reception as well as the room boys.

Avoid this hotel.Manager Parmeshwar is a very rude and arrogant person.We had stayed in premium rooms.During the room cleaning he came and started arguing and raising his voice for a simple charcoal powder mark on blanket cover which can be removed easily in one wash but he kept arguing over it and said unpleasant things also told the housekeeping staff to not take the cover and told me to show it during the check out to the reception staff.The next day during checkout arrogant Parmeshwar had already informed beforehand to the reception guy to check for the black mark.The housekeeping guy went and checked for the black charcoal mark but it was not there as it was easily removed.Rude Parmeshwar had expected black mark to be there and charge us for the linen but it was not to be found for which he had argued and said so much.Its better to avoid staying here and getting badly treated and scolded as if it was a hostel.There are many hotels in the vicinity which provide good hospitality

After conducting research, I selected Orchid Hotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! Staff Mr Chandan was helpful and guided us for all local site seeing ,

One of the best places to stay, especially in terms of convenience. Perfect if you're traveling by bus rather than your own vehicle—everything you need is easily accessible. The staff is polite, the service is quick, and overall it’s a smooth and comfortable experience.

One of the best places to stay in Chikmagalur! The rooms are very spacious, and they charged ₹700 for an extra person. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Special thanks to Chandu for being so helpful during our check-in and check-out – really appreciated! In ground floor there is a small restaurant, food is very good over there

The Lenin like the bedsheet, bed cover & the pillow covers are reused. You people are charging so please provide washed & clean ones Other wise the size of the room & the toilet was good.

The staff was cordial.. they also had luggage storage, and also charged our phones when we came back to collect our bags.. Fittings in the washroom were not working.. but other than that the room was decent.. Location is peaceful but still in the heart of the city.. bus stand is nearby..
