Treebo Sunrise, Ig Road

Positives: 1. Located within the city. Easy access to restaurants. 2. Complementary breakfast was simple and good. Negatives: 1. The room had a thick damp smell when we entered. It makes anyone question the cleanliness. 2. The curtains were dirty with visible stains and was not able to cover the entire window comfortably. 3. The walls had visible stains and don't give a good impression on maintenance. 4. The tap in the bathroom was either broken or too complicated to use, as you would have to try multiple times before you are able to fully close it. 5. Loud music was played from the party room on 4th floor. They don't care if the guests are uncomfortable by the loud noise. 6. The bed linen was not washed and you can feel that it is not fresh. 7. The complementary breakfast is limited. It is sufficient only for kids. If you want more it is charged extra. Luxury is not expected at this price but atleast basic cleanliness should be ensured.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and my experience was truly wonderful. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant team, in particular, made me feel so welcomed and treated me just like family, for which I’m really grateful🥹❤️. Overall, my stay at this hotel was amazing, and I would love to visit again.☺️❤️

No hot water: need to waster 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water. Even after that it's mild. AC: Airflow was slow and taking long time to get the room cooled. Room Service: Didn't even change towels, napkins and refill the coffee/tea/sugar/milk powder packets for day 2 Food: Only veg available. Not mentioned anywhere while booking. Served in small steel glasses and in small quantities as part of complimentary breakfast where as other customers were served in ceramic cups Parking: Parking provided, but the parking area is stinky and filled with waste water from kitchen and bad smell Final: Not worth for money paid. Treebo need to do regular checks if they want to maintain their brand image.

One of the worst hotel we booked in recent times. Rooms were not that clean. One bedlamp was not having bulb, no towels provided, no landline, no wifi basically nothing. Breakfast was good provided by the hotel attached to them For the price we paid it is of no use. Do not book this hotel and waste your money. Also once we reached reception area some four guys who were talking loudly and was u pleasant experience. Everything they will do only on request.

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. The room was not properly maintained walls were dirty, and the bedsheet provided was torn. The bathroom had cockroaches, which I reported to the staff, and there was no proper ventilation. The exhaust fan made an extremely loud, jarring noise, similar to a generator starting up, making it very uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The shower fittings were completely rusted, and there were no proper hooks to hang towels or clothes, which made basic use of the space difficult. Additionally, essential amenities like soap, shower gel, toothpaste, and towels were missing. While some products like shower gel and hand wash were provided, they were already used, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Breakfast was another big letdown it wasn’t a buffet but a fixed menu selected by the hotel, and to my surprise, I was charged extra for having extra dosa. This made the experience quite disappointing. Overall, I did not feel the value matched the cost, and I would not recommend or return to this property. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve guest comfort and hygiene moving forward.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise against staying here, regardless of the fact that it is affiliated with Treebo. The promotional photos and advertisements are significantly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. One of the most concerning issues was the state of the parking area, which was used for dishwashing by the hotel at the unit. Wastewater from the cleaning process flowed beneath parked vehicles, creating an unsanitary, foul-smelling, and perpetually wet and slippery environment. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. The curtains were stained, and the bed sheets were torn. Basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were not provided upfront and had to be requested separately. Upon arrival, the washroom was in an unacceptable state—unclean and poorly maintained, with dirty buckets and an overall unhygienic appearance. Only after a specific request did the staff attend to the cleaning, and even then, the result was barely satisfactory. Only good thing was the staff who was very helpful and nice. Overall, this hotel fell far below basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend it to anyone and strongly suggest considering alternative accommodations.

We had a two-day stay at the Sunrise Treebo in Chikkamangalore, and we did not anticipate such a poor experience. Room service was unavailable. (In fact, they have staff, but they still refuse to assist.) We booked two rooms: one regular and another for a family. We requested an additional fan multiple times, but the staff kept saying they would send one without any follow-up. Since we stayed during the monsoon, we also requested assistance with cattle numerous times, yet they did not collect the used plates for two days. On the first day, after we left for Mulliyangiri, they called us back after 40 minutes to ask us to remove our cars from the parking area. I do not recommend this hotel; it is best to avoid it. And dont believe the photos which is in reebok website and google.

Worst worst hotel. Never ever stay
