A big NO. Don’t book this hotel. Charged 700 more than online, saying there is no online rooms. Lift wasn’t working, lights were flickering, no toilet seat, dirty blanket and bed, limited indoor parking. Charged 1500 during checkout by falsely accusing us of staining the pillow and blanket.

I went with family to hotel Treebro RC Comforts 22nd November 2025 lift was not working rooms wear reserved at second floor we complaind regarding the lifts they say from one week its not working please excuse us and they have no consideration.. The pillows and bedsheets were stained the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like its same condition as the previous occupant". Moreover they charged us for drycleaning around 1500/- Rs. The staff were cold, unapologetic, and gave lame excuses" or "The owner was only interested in money. I Had one of the worst experience in my life.wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this treebo RC Comforts

We stayed at this place for 2 nights. The reception guys were very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Maintenance is good. Only one thing to mention is food service is a bit slow. They take more than an hour to deliver food to the room. Otherwise, all good.

Absolutely Horrible Stay – Do Not Book This Hotel! I checked in with my entire family at *Treebo RC Comfort, Chikmagalur* and was absolutely appalled at the condition of this so-called “hotel.” The rooms were *filthy*, *stinking*, and in an outright *unlivable condition*. The bedsheets and comforters had *blood stains* on them. The bathrooms were a disaster — leaking pipes, broken sanitary fittings, and zero maintenance. The walls were *damp*, *peeling*, and crumbling in places. Shockingly, the beds were *infested with red ants*, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, there was only *one person handling everything* — from reception to cleaning to room service. There was *no staff support whatsoever*. To add to this pathetic experience, *we received no support or resolution from Treebo either*, despite repeated complaints. Their customer service was unresponsive and indifferent. This place is a *complete health and safety hazard*. We have pictures and videos to support every bit of this review. **Treebo must seriously reconsider associating its name with this property.** This was supposed to be a comfortable family trip, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Save your money, your health, and your sanity — *DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.*

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be called out. We checked in at 9:30 PM after a long journey, hoping for at least basic hospitality. Unfortunately, it was completely missing. Here’s what happened: • Food Service Disaster: We ordered a simple khichdi for kids, expecting it to be quick and basic. Shockingly, the food was not delivered till 11 PM! What’s worse – no one informed us about any delay. We had to keep following up, and still no proper response. This is hopeless service, especially when kids are involved. • Cleanliness Issues: The pillows and beds were dirty. It was clearly visible that hygiene is not a priority here. • Staff Behavior: The person at the reception desk seriously needs training in basic manners and customer handling. Hospitality is not just about rooms and food—it’s about how you treat your guests. Sadly, the staff here makes you feel like you’re doing them a favor by staying. I have traveled to many places but this has been one of the worst hotel experiences so far. We don’t mind paying money for good service, but when people travel from far away, they expect at least respect and timely service. It’s not just about the room—it’s about the overall experience. Thank u for the stay had a pleasant and peaceful stay The hotel is in a peaceful area had a great stay , one of the best stay in Chikmagalur Been in many other hotel in Chikmagalur this one is among the best ones The staff were very welcoming The staff cross checked the room and before checking in and then only I was ensured to check in Thank u for making my stay a best experience 🙏
