The stays were good and decent. We stayed two nights. We booked through booking.com and all mentioned there were provided. Toiletries alone if asked they will give. We got rooms with breakfast included, food was average. Okay to have if you are leaving early for site seeing in chikmangaur.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid Treebo! I booked a “premium” room at Treebo, The Meridian, during the 15th August long weekend, but it turned out to be nothing more than a suffocating storeroom. The AC wasn’t working from the moment I checked in, and after complaining, I was told the AC had “run out of gas.” Despite repeated requests, it was never fixed. The staff didn’t apologise, nor did they offer any resolution. When I reached out to Treebo’s customer care, I was given the complete runaround. It took them more than a week to respond, and their excuse (after talking to the hotel management) was that “AC doesn’t work below 18°C.” I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of both the hotel management and Treebo executives for giving such a baseless and insulting explanation. Even after 20+ days and multiple follow-ups, the highest escalation manager, Alicia, offered only ₹1,000 as compensation against the ₹9,000+ I paid for a 2 day stay. She repeatedly ignored the seriousness of the issue and simply kept repeating their “policy”. Treebo takes your money upfront but disappears when it comes to accountability. If this is their idea of hospitality, then they should seriously shut down their business. Many budget hotels provide better service and integrity than this so-called brand. Save yourself the headache – don’t waste your hard-earned money on Treebo. You’ll get robbed, humiliated, and left without even the basic services you paid for.

Only outside structure is good. But very bad room. In bathroom water clogging is there and bad smells in the room. Suffocating, noisy corridor, no covered parking and food quality is very bad. And they serve in the basement which is very bad location to sit and have it..

Good hotel but at little isolation. Difficult to find any shops near by Though hotel and rooms are spacious and staff is good. South Indian breakfast is complementary Overall had pleasant stay at Treebo and recommend treebo series anywhere for keeping their brand value intact

We booked this place directly through their website and got a much cheaper deal compared to popular hotel booking sites – the process was super easy, just a phone call away. The room was spacious and decent for the price. However, there were a few downsides – the linen had stains, the washroom had no toiletries or ventilation, making it a bit smelly. There was no complimentary breakfast, so we can't comment on that. The hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, but it’s located in the heart of the city, so ordering from Swiggy was easy with plenty of good options nearby.

Disappointed with the stay The hotel was not well-maintained. There was no cleaning service during our stay, no door mat provided, and no proper parking space available. The sound outside room was very loud.. not a baby friendly place Overall, not worth the price — basic facilities were missing and the experience was quite uncomfortable.

I was quite disappointed with the service I received from one of your staff members. Despite rooms being clearly available, the employee informed us that there was no availability without providing any valid reason or checking properly. Moreover, his behavior was irresponsible and unprofessional, and he was not responsive to our queries. As a guest, I expected a more courteous and helpful attitude, especially when it comes to basic hospitality like checking room availability and communicating properly. Such behavior creates a poor impression and reflects badly on the hotel's reputation. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better service and staff conduct in the future. Beside of him every staff members serving boys were so polite.

Pros: Rooms are very neat and clean Breakfast is delicious Smart TV available Located at city centre where everything is accessible. Cons: Lot of noise due to the construction work on the top floor. But they did stop it by 5:30.
