The room is pretty nice 🙂 but there was a very dirty foot mattress which killed the whole good vibe of the room. I don't understand why they can't keep a good foot mattress for the room . And the ventilation area in the washroom is open and it needs to be covered ASAP.

The receptionist and owner behaviour is so so bad and rude. They not at all giving respect to customers. Very very bad behavior. Don't go to this hotel for stay. At the time checking, they are saying you can extend to 1-2 hours and at the check out time firstly not at reminding to customers and secondly adding whole day charge for next day for 5-10 min late also. Owner of this hotel is very bed person. He is judging customer based on caste and religion. Never ever expected this kind of behavior from a Punjabi sardar. Coming to room, rooms are OK, but Bathrooms are not working properly. Toilet flush are not working at all. If you are checking to this hotel, clearly discuss all rule at the time of checking. They are intentionally doing such things by which they can get extra one day amount... Lastly wanted to say to owner and all receptionist, learn how to talk with customer and how to behave with them. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Room are retro styled,entire building need to be renovated with better interior,also the restaurant part,food taste is quite average,need to be levelled up a bit,else everything is good, dinning place was good

This Kuldeep hotel is on the main road from the near by Jamsedpur Station.Very quit place.Rooms are cristal clean,Service is very beautiful.The owner was telling me they have completly transformed their service quality after COVID completely changed.And that shows to their service.Food quality also awsome and cheep as well. To the owner my suggestion will be keep up the good work.🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏

Wrost experience, staff behaviour is good, but room very dirty and no ventilation. They refuse to provide any bill.

I stayed there. The room was clean and good. Foods were very tasty .Staffs were polite,humble and cooperative. It was a nice experience. Recommended.
