Collection O Hotel Greenpark

They have written in bold letters that we don't accept online room bookings due to low prices. Demanded extra fair for the same room. I arrived late night at the hotel and had no other option to stay at that hotel. Rooms where terrible. Smelling blanket, broken door knob, small toilet with open window. Left the room immediately next morning.

Very bad experience online booking cancel on 21 sep and again book on 22 sep online they cannot accept online booking and give room on extra charge rate. Not good hotel in this area

Everything is fine but they ask for extra money why....???? They just said for too much booking they are doing that which is not good for us

This hotel is situated on the main road from Tatanagar railway station and six minutes walking distance. The area is very congested. There is no lobby no balcony. Washroom is not upto the mark.

Will not recommend this hotel as they have no good condition rooms all rooms are awful damp around it and bathroom are the worst. Online bookings are rejected straight away keeping that in mind please avail

Disappointed with my experience with this hotel. I booked this hotel using MakeMyTrip and when I visited the hotel they refused to give the AC room and demanded extra money for the AC room. They simply added a photocopy about the warning. When I suggested at the reception to remove their property or update online they started giving stupid reasons. We felt they were doing fraud by using the online platform to invite customers and charge extra money.

Room was not clean it's very dirty but as per price it was good I can say.
