Decent hotel. Compare to price hotel is good. Walking distance from main road. Everything is available on main road like food,groceries, medicine etc.

We went there with family and had stay for 5days here. It was very nice experience of stay here. Place is in the centre of the city. Owner Mr Amin sir is very nice person and very cooperative in nature. He helped us alot for sightseeing by arranging cab at affordable price. He also arranged a very memorable houseboat stay in dal lake. My children enjoyed a lot our vacation in Srinagar. Manoj Shamrao More, Pune Maharashtra

Roads are near to dal lake but roads are muddy horrible to carry your luggage, especially from road to homestay its very nasty people are peeing on the way, rooms are not neat i had to finish a bottle of perfume, there is foul smell constantly, also they claim of electric blanket but that was not provided. Host is good but it's not a proper homestay needs to update the basic things. No mineral water available

We booked the guest house looking at the reviews in booking.com and at a very affordable rate in the month of June which is usually considered the best season to visit Kashmir. Don’t go with too much expectation, the rooms are good enough as per the rates. Our room had few issues and Amin ji readily agreed to shift us to the top floor rooms which are pretty good. Amin ji is a very humble and down to earth person. He was always available for all our need and made sure we were comfortable. Later during our trip, we had booked another homestay which turned to be quite far from the city. Since, almost all hotels were booked it was quite hard to get another hotel during the peak season. I called Amin ji and to my rescue he said you just come we will sort it out. This time it felt like we just came back to our home. There are improvements required and Amin ji agreed that due to 2years of covid a bit of renovation is required. Once that is done I hope the property will be just great.

Poor services, geysers were not working, cats were roaming in the rooms, extra bedding was too dirty to sleep. No parking space available, english seats are available in toilets but without washing jets or toilet napkins. It was so irritating. No kitchen or even tea available. Its surrounded with non veg market, not a single pure veg dhaba is available nearby. Bad experience at all. Though i met the owner next day he seems to be a nice person but rooms and basic amenities were not good at all.

We booked the hotel through a known contact and arrived here in the first week of April. As I got down from the car, a small lane leads on the main street leads to the homestay. ||||A three storied building in the main market area now tugged inside a small lane behind an under construction building. The approach way is all messed up and difficult to reach easily.||||What I liked -||||The rooms were carpeted and good heating facility on the beds. The comforters and bed linens were very clean. The geyser worked great. The bathrooms were also clean and spacious. Hot tea was available on request.||||What can be improved -||||Concept of homestay is staying with the host. However, the hosts were not very open. I was hoping for availability of some home cooked food (at a price). However, most of the time they didn't have any ration. ||||Most rooms does not have working television. The rooms need maintenance with some of fixtures are broken.||||Overall though this is a decent stay but there are better options available at the same pricing too.
