This may sound like a paid review but we really had an unbelievably wonderful experience at this hotel. I had checked the site n was hoping it to be not as good as it is shown in the site, which is usually the case. However, it was more than what is shown in the site, because hospitality can only be experienced. Impeccably beautiful hotel with such wonderful linen, furnishings probably because it's a new hotel. Food n service was too good. Special mention of irfan at the reception, aijaz at the restaurant . Only thing is the view from the hotel is nothing much as it is in the middle of a residential n commercial area. Aside from that, it was an extremely delightful 😊 experience and we would love to go there again in the future.

An Exceptional Stay! I and my husband recently stayed at shaf excellency and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and room heater also bed heater. The location of the hotel is perfect—convenient to local attractions and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. I also had the chance to try the on-site restaurant, and the food was delicious with great service to match. I would highly recommend shaf excellency to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip! Thank you

Our first room where we asked for extra bed and the bed was just outside the washroom facing the pot. Stayed and request our tour person to speak to the hotel and got it changed next day. Rooms are ok. Some of the issue we faced in the other rooms too which was dissatisfaction and wastage of time. Service is ok. Restaurant service from Bilal Ahmed was superb decent smiling and always ready for service full five star to Bilal and gulag. Food was good with normal variety. Variety should improve in terms of fruits and juices. Location was not that great
