The rooms are very clean. Staff is very helpful. Food ranges both veg and non veg, with a wide range of delicious food. Location is very secure and all the staff, from reception to restaurant are very kind. Every query asked for on the phone is answered within minutes. Would recommend others to visit this place. Special thanks to Dilshada for always greeting us at the restaurant and making my family feel comfy. She was helpful and made all of us feel happy to visit the restaurant for eating meals.

The hotel is good and clean. The staff is very supportive and helpful. They are always on their toes for a perfect service. Breakfast and Dinner buffet is good with variety of food which changes every day. You will never be getting the same thing twice. Room is well equipped with heater facility and hot water facility from 7 to 10 every morning and evening. Overall a good and comfortable stay ..!

Our stay at sideeq palace was quite relaxing. The food as we preferred Jain, was too good. The kind of service they provided was commendable. The view was quite good. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff was helpful and had smiles on their faces all the time. We enjoyed our stay. Thankyou!

The rooms were very clean and heated. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Restaurant staff Dilshad and others were friendly to us and she even asked us coffee when only tea was there in breakfast menu as we had ordered coffee previous evening. She made sure we are comfortable and enjoying and food. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a nice and cozy stay in Srinagar.
