I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was truly exceptional! The facilities were nothing short of outstanding. From the well-maintained rooms comfortable and enjoyable stay.The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to customer service made a significant difference in my experience.I also had the pleasure of dining at your hotel and the food was delicious! The variety offered was impressive, and the quality was top-notch.Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend kareem residency to friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel. Each day some new problem crops up. First day, when we checked in, the bedsheets were dirty with hair on them, cigarette pack in the drawers, but room service immediately responded and replaced the sheets when we complained. 2nd day, hot water supply stopped in the morning. 3rd day, room heater stopped working. They don't have extra portable heaters to replace them. Last day, as our flight was early in the morning, we requested for a packed breakfast like bread jam, and they say "sorry, restaurant is closed". Overall our experience was unpleasant. But I should say the food in restaurant was excellent. So, if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel and ready to adjust when something goes wrong, you can opt this hotel. But, if you are looking for a hassle-free cozy stay, I don't recommend it

We had a very bad experience at Kareem Residency. We stayed for only one night, arriving at 8 PM after sightseeing. Despite the temperature being -8 degrees, there was no hot water supply in the hotel. When we complained, the staff responded very rudely. The hotel was fully booked, and although they knew the number of guests, we still had to wait for dinner as the food quantity was insufficient. The next morning, breakfast was also poorly managed, with a shortage of items. There was no coffee or milk left, and they told us to “manage” without it. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Highly NOT recommended.

My trip date was 4th to 8th Jan|The hotel was good overall.|Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained.|The ambiance was decent, and the hospitality was satisfactory.|The food, however, was absolutely amazing.||From the very beginning of my trip, I was in contact with Mr.Anis. Whenever I faced any issues or felt that a service could be improved, I would call him, and he would promptly resolve all my concerns without any hesitation. Despite my frequent requests, he was always courteous and never showed any irritation, even though I had paid only 1% of my total tourism cost in advance.||A heartfelt thank you to him and our driver Mr.Abid for making our first trip to Kashmir so comfortable and memorable.

Excellent service by restaurant staff and top notch food. Hotel has spacious room, Situated very near to the markets and walkable distance to the lake.........Overall good experience......|I will definitely recommend to visit.......Near by shops for food if you want to try kahsmiri wazwan and bakery.||**One feedback**||While having food , staff continously asks for check out date and makes us feel like unwanted. Once is fine but reminding everyday for checkout is unnecessary

Service is amazing , food is awasom as special a veg food. Take care of child is very good. Mr wasim (F&B MANAGER) is treat very good ; specialy veg food is amazing. Nothing to be worried ; all are request to please visit atleast one time. Thanks a lot to whole team Regards Prajapati family.

The rooms were not cleaned for 2 days . Receptionist said it will be cleaned only on request . Towels were not provided . At 6.30 pm they said it’s too late to clean the room . Requested for towels and water and replacement of complimentary coffee which was ignored . After repeated phone calls for a bottle of water we were asked to come down to collect one bottle of water . Very rude and shoddy treatment by receptionist .The next day after we raised our voices refusing to sleep in a dirty room for the 2 nd consecutive night the manager instructed the staff and we were treated courteously . This hotel caters to a lot of tourists and it’s high time the management trained staff in hospitality. At least inform guests when we are checking in about the rules or keep signs for room cleaning on the door knob.
