Hotel Shakti

Paid 1000 after lot of bargaining. Just okay room and clean but still u can go for other rooms nearby at about 1200 rs... but bathroom size was good. Mine room was spacious and proper ventilated. Bathroom was clean but used and same for bedsheets.

Worst hotel they charge very high and provide no service. Better stay in a dharmshala the rooms are not clean they will make you check in first then say room cleaning time is 10 am and they are extremely rude. I hate my decision to stay here. The bathroom is not clean the bedsheet are used. They scam the tourist. Never believe in autowals here first read the review then only decide.WORST HOTEL EVER

Situated 7 to 10 minutes walking distance from dwarkadhish temple. 👍 1. Room was clean. 2. Washroom was clean. 3. Service was good. 4. Staff is polite. 5. Double bed room price is 900/- per night 6. 100/- for extra bed. Note: 1. Food not provided within room. 2. Refreshments provided within room. 3. Quite affordable, but only as a last choice. There are much better hotels, at just 300/- to 500/- more. 👎 1. No hot water. Water was boiled using electric rod. 2. Room was damp. 3. Flush was not working. Was fixed on the next day. 4. Restaurants, shops, etc. are at 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance. Not immediately near the hotel. 5. There is a hall immediately opposite, so a lot of loud noise is heard, if some procession is going on.

I am just giving review because of hotel location. It is just 300-400 mtrs far from temple. I think the hotel is overpriced in the vacation season and the room is not so clean and tidy as expected as per price. Not all facilities are available as per price.

A nerve-wracking search in the wee hours of morning, for a vacant hotel room, led us to this hotel in Dwarka. The hotel is unassuming, but probably newly constructed, as the spacious washroom attached to our room was spic and span with a new set of bucket, mug and bath-stool and gleaming chrome faucets. The first day, we could get warm water but the second day; we had to make do with cold water only, for bathing. |The room itself was tiny as compared to the washroom! The bedspreads and pillow covers were clean and there was a small cabinet and side-drawers to keep some stuff. There was however no place to keep our suitcase! We had to keep it on the floor. The television set's remote wasn’t working.|We only got some tea there. For meals, one can walk across the street to Maheshwari Bhavan or any eatery near the Dwarkadhish temple; at a walkable distance from this hotel.|Check-in time and check-out time is 11 a.m. We checked in at around 6.30 a.m. on the first day and the next day, we checked out at 4 p.m. When we had bargained, the person in-charge had agreed to a tariff of Rs. 700/- instead of Rs. 750/- and said that it would cost us a total of Rs.1400/= as we had already informed him about our check-out time too. But on check-out, he insisted on us paying Rs.2100 (for 3 days!) We had stayed there only for 34 hours. No receipt was given! We paid for tea.| Fortunately, there is a lift in this hotel. We were also lucky to get a room on the first floor of this three storied hotel.|

Pros: 1.Hotel staf is good and cooperative. 2.They provided us small kitchen to make milk form my small kid. 3.Around 1km from temple 4.Hot and Cold water Rates:Average room. 600rs for a one bed room having and 1100rs for a room having 2 beds. In same room if you start A.C then they charge 400rs extra. Cons: Doormats are dirty. Bathroom are average clean which can be make better.

Room is very good, ac is well functioning. Cleanliness is very good. Staff and maneger are very active and supportive. Any problems quick solution is a special quality.. Customer care is very highly appreciated.. Dealings and behavior is splendid. Claims to be a host at hotel shakti when will be at Dwarka again.. Very safe, peaceful and secured stay at hotel shakti..
