Hotel Bansi

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experiences in my life. The staff is terrible....front desk guys were the worst and indifferent.i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. The room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after we wiped it off with some baby wipes it would re-settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I booked this hotel for 3 days but did the checkout within 12 hrs. The owners are unprofessional they have another property also available in Dwarka. Hotel Royal Inn Dwarka Hotel Sky But when I requested him to transfer me to a better hotel even after giving the offer of extra charge as per the cost of the alternate hotel he refused. Also deined to return the 2 days booking amount. Please do not book this Hotel and if there is a way to help to get the money back then please suggest it.

Unmaintained Rooms, the hotel is very near to the temple. But the rooms were unmaintained, lack of cleanliness, things were broken, rooms were not cleaned, AC is atleast 15 year old, bathroom was stinking, taps were leaking. Location of hotel is good but it needs maintenance.

One of the worst hotels I never saw in my life.. we booked online 15 days before, fully paid and 2 days prior to the travel we had called and confirmed also but at the time of check in they said no rooms where I had my family.. my father was a heart patient my mother was not well.. having these problems they did not took care.. finally for the name shake they had given the room in the next room in that no hot water.. not clean.. .. I recommend please do not go for it.. staff are very rude

The service is totally unacceptable. They are rude,lazy,sloppy. The rooms are overly priced. Mattress is larger than the bed so the extra mattress can't be used. Toilets were stinking and nobody came to clean it after multiple calls. NO VENTILATION AT ALL!! Both the widows open next to walls so there's no ventilation. They charged 3500rs for 24hrs stay and there wasn't even hot water and there was no tap to turn on shower. There is no room service, they don't even clean the rooms and toilets after check out. We couldn't even use the toilet due to the dirty smell. DON'T COME HERE!!!!!

Sewer line is not okay when rain happens the water filled in whole corridor even in rooms bathroom terrace also leaks but clean bathrooms n comfy beds

The hotel charged me 5000rs for 2 day stay for 4 people in single room. The rooms were really unclean, found hairs of people lying around everywhere. All the money was taken in advance without proper bill (a normal paper without any GST number). Only pros was the dwarka temple is under 500 m.
