One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. No cleanness.dirty, broken taps...lots of dhool mitti in room ....no proper communication, higher charges ...i made a mistake going there.. Arrogant owner...rude behaviour Yes it's near dwarika temple... Must keep the last option to book rooms here ac doesn't work if book ac they wont start but will charge ac price 😕 They changed me twice higher price if u r alone then no problem but if u r wih family then they will try to make money n loot u

Worst experience, staff is not co-operative, they are trying to cheat guest issues in check-in & check out time. Not recommended for Family and Friends And Do Not Online Booking in this hotel

An ideal hotel to stay with moderate budget, very near to the holy Dwarkadhish temple. Atmosphere is homely and the authority is co- operative.Experience gathered while sraying there is good.

Disgust at it's best. Shity maintenance, Non responsive staff, poor cleanliness, very worst service, compact rooms, No amenities lack of courtesy. I think if you spend 1k-1.5k, at least you could expect such essential things first. In my case i booked 2 rooms online & they allotted physically only one first. After 3 hours of my outing they said we're unable to give you other room & try to adjust in one & we are about 6 people. We had to fight verbally & wasted 3 hrs to get refund online. Let me tell you, mayur hotel is actually a footwear shop forcefully renovated to hotel. You can take a look pictures i shared. Don't take it otherwise just trying to help people to not get cheated.

Such a worst experience ever. We booked this room when we reached at Dwarika and the owner show us a top floor room from where you can see ocean and Dwarkadhish Temple clearly but the room was mess and the bathroom was disaster. But we choose the room because of its location. Then we go out for Dwarka Darsh and when we came hotel in evening, owner told us that AC is not working so we are moving you in another room and same time he show our room to another family because they offer 200 rs extra from us. When we argue about this, then he said ok we are not moving you. And then after 10 minutes he turn off the AC at 7:30 pm and said AC will be open at 9:30pm. He didn’t told us about this rule earlier . So we just left from that hotel and booked another hotel. Such a worst experience in Dwarkadhish . Don’t book this hotel. There is so many good options other than this.

Very Bad quality Room ..Even running water in toilet was not there...No permanent staff at even reception ..Booked through make my trip..Checked in and checked out after 20 minutes...Make my trip and hotel policy did not allow refund still pursuing...Had a bad experience...

Location is superb if want room take on the 3 floor and temple facing and go up to the terrace and good view of the temple but the hotel service is very bad and the price of it is 1500/- photos shared is from the terrace and some of are from the room

Staff and owner behavior are not good vey bad experience to stay and also thay are not gives any kind of facilitates provide like bath towel,shop etc
