Hotel Uttam

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Uttam Palace during my visit to Dwarka, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Located very close to the Dwarkadhish temple.

One of the worst hospitality experiences I ever had in this hotel. The room is so dirty you can easily find fallen hair and cockroaches, sleeping on matters will be another risk, because you never know from where a broken spring came out. The behaviour of the hotel staff is too rude and they will not consider your complain.

Location place is good , between the market,but rooms are pathetic,dirty. No air exoaes place in bathroom and toilet.even they were very dirty. No room service. Hotel floor area is full of dust, empty water bottle you will found. If you have no options to stay in dwark then and then go here otherwise avoid this hotel.

Very bad hotel in dwarka, The person is on reception is very rude to talk and he doesn't have some kind of sence to talk with customer, Mere hath me hota to hotel band krwa du. Request to all of you do not stay in this hotel.

In vacation season price were too high in normal it is very affordable Location is near to the mandir about 1.2 km. Service is also good. Room is quite good.

Only +point is it is neer to temple and provides hot water all day and staff were polite and very helpful. But room was not clean, comode seat was broken. walls were dirty and dusty, unhygenic. If they can renovate it.. and at least maintain cleanliness.. it will be good.

Hotel service is poor and staff was not at all co-operative, rental part is to be fixed in written, it changes after arrival. We visited last January 2022, toiletries was inadequate and towels are not provided in sufficient qty

I had a horrible experience We had a deal of 28 hours for 1200rs but then on day of check out they said there was no such deal. There is no such proof They threatened us with 3_4 people. I was helpless so had tl pay extra amount but i will say be smart and have a proof in form or recording or get in written
