Dear [Hotel Manager/Team], I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Despite paying for the services, the facilities provided were insufficient and did not meet the standards advertised. When I raised my concerns with the room attendant, I was met with dismissive answers that seemed tailored just to pacify me rather than resolve the issues. Repeated calls to the reception were met with the same response: "Yes, I will check," but no follow-up action was ever taken. This lack of responsiveness and poor customer service left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I believe that guests deserve respectful treatment and prompt attention to their concerns, which I did not receive during my stay. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the quality of your services and staff responsiveness.

The name of "Sky Hotels" don't have impact on Krisha hotel....all services and attitude towards customer is too rude...if you are non maharashtrian I will not prefer to stay there....totally regret my stay only advantage is it's close to Mandir

It was basic hotel, with very small rooms and basic facilities. Room was clean and bathroom was well maintained. Location wise very near to main temple. Major -ve point is it's too expensive. amount of money they are charging during season is way too much. That is not at all worth it. I Paid 7k for that matchbox size room for one day. Basically decent property to stay for one night . During peak season one should ready to pay amount way more than its worth, because at that time every hotel in the town is charging too much, which is not fair.

Detailed Review: Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. There were several major issues that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. 1. Rude Staff and Poor Service The staff was incredibly rude and unaccommodating, especially when it came to an early check-in request. They were unhelpful and did not prioritize guest needs, leaving a negative first impression. 2. Dirty and Unhygienic Conditions The room was filthy upon arrival. The washroom was particularly unpleasant—unclean, with visible dirt and grime. The pillows, bedding, and other items in the room also felt unhygienic and seemed to have not been cleaned properly. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities The room was poorly equipped, with no hot water available, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the room had an overpowering, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. 4. Unpleasant Location The hotel’s location felt unsuitable, especially for families, with limited options for dining or activities in the surrounding area. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness, rude staff, and poor amenities. It did not meet basic standards, making it a regrettable choice for any traveler.

1st of all this is not the hotel we got after booking in advance. Booking agent sent another location of another hotel after getting the payment. Where Hotel management & booking agents are operating separately. No transparency in transactions. 1st double room i got was a size of a queen size bed & 2 feet extra space to pass through to toilet (10x10ft) another room was better than that. Given hotel had family room which is sufficient but hotel management was not ready to extend for 1 more night as they said its booked. As i paid for extended check-out time, hotel management & booking agent was not ready to adjust that extra pay to adjust in total of 1 extended day tariff. I had to pay full amount of family room to extend the stay. Long story short > This is not the correct hotel which is showing on map & picture. There is no Sky Comfort exists in Dwarka. This is an agency only.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Price! I stayed at Path Hotel Inn, Dwarka, and it was a complete disappointment. They charged ₹2500 for a room that was unclean, and despite informing the staff to clean it, nothing was done. The mattress and blankets were in poor condition, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Worst of all, the staff was rude and misbehaved with us when we raised our concerns. For the price they charge, the service and cleanliness are unacceptable. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
