Best Hotel Near Shree Dwarkadhish Temple Railway Station

New hotel on Station Road, Dwarka. Stayed here for 2 nights. Had a terrible experience after check in on the first night. The room wasnt clean, the AC flap was stuck, shower drain was clogged which led to water blockage, we werent provided water bottles, there was new paint smell throughout the hotel and moreso in the room, garbage packed in bags and construction gear was left outside the rooms on the first floor, no AC remote given, no batteries in the TV remote. Their housekeeping staff looked like roadside hooligans who didnt even understand the basics of housekeeping. One guy who swept the floor left the collected dust right outside the room door. Add to that, there was noise outside the room throughout midnight of kids playing on the floor. Surprisingly, the morning staff next day felt pleasant both at the restaurant and the front desk. As I complained the other day to the travels provider, the hotel staff changed our room and went the extra mile to make sure things were right during the second day stay. We were bothered by loud noises during the second night as well. A lot of these issues on the first day were admittedly because of them opening the hotel just a week back. Hopefully they'll onboard trained housekeeping staff and manage noise better as they go forward.
