NillThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The server was very, very unsatisfactory — rude, inattentive, and clearly not interested in helping guests. Basic requests took forever, and sometimes were ignored completely. The room was poorly maintained, the cleanliness was questionable, and the amenities were either broken or missing. I expected at least some level of professionalism, but sadly, this hotel fails on every front. Do not recommend.

NillWe came here as a group of over 30 people and had booked 9 rooms for our holiday stay. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing, primarily due to poor management and lack of basic hospitality. The hotel manager and front desk staff behaved in an extremely rude and arrogant manner. Basic courtesy towards guests was completely missing. Despite our group size and multiple room bookings, we were denied free drinking water. When asked, the reception staff rudely pointed us toward a grocery store outside the hotel instead. The rooms were not provided with essential toiletries like bath soap, shampoo, or shower gel. When we requested these, the staff refused to provide them even though they had stock. Hot water was not available in the bathrooms, which is a basic necessity. None of the air conditioners in the 9 rooms were working properly. The manager was intentionally switching off the main AC supply. We were not allowed to bring food into our rooms, and this was communicated very rudely without any prior mention during booking. The lift did not stop on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it extremely difficult for us to carry heavy luggage manually—especially with a group of over 30 people. Overall, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. Other guests also seemed dissatisfied and shared similar concerns. We had booked this hotel based on the high online rating (4.7 stars), but the service and facilities were far below expectations. We hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision and encourages the hotel management to improve their hospitality standards.

NillExtremely Disappointed with Our Stay – Poor Management & Basic Facilities Missing We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of over 30 people, booking 9 rooms in total, expecting a smooth and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was promised or advertised. 1. Unprofessional and Rude Management: The hotel manager was extremely rude and arrogant in his communication. There was no sense of hospitality or customer service. Basic requests were either denied or handled very disrespectfully. 2. No Drinking Water Provided: When we requested free drinking water, we were denied. We were shocked to learn that even mineral water, which is generally a basic amenity in any hotel stay, was not provided. The receptionist asked us to purchase it from a store outside the hotel. 3. No Toiletries in Rooms: None of the rooms had basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or shower gel. When we asked for them, we were shown the grocery shop in front of the hotel instead, even though we noticed the hotel had supplies. 4. Hot Water Not Available: There was no hot water in the bathrooms, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming good ratings. 5. Air Conditioning Issues: The AC units in all 9 rooms were non-functional. We observed the staff manually switching them off from the main control. This made our stay very uncomfortable, especially with a large group including elders and children. 6. Food Restrictions: We were not allowed to bring food into our rooms, and instead of polite communication, the manager’s behavior was unnecessarily harsh and unfriendly. 7. Lift Not Functional on Key Floors: The lift does not stop at the 1st and 2nd floors, forcing our entire group to carry heavy luggage via stairs. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially for our elderly members. We had chosen this hotel based on its 4.7-star rating, but the reality was highly disappointing and misleading. Other guests at the hotel also expressed similar dissatisfaction during our stay. NillWe came here for holiday stay. We are more than +30 people group. Hotel management is not proper for accommodation. Manager of this hotel the guy is not good. Very rude, arrogant behaviour. Any mineral Water is mandatory in hotel for staying. When we ask for free drinking water the guy who is on reception counter he denied to give us. We booked 9 rooms still he denied to give any basics facilities. Not giving any Free Bath sops, shampoo or any kind of shower items. He has the bath sops still he doesn’t give us any single. He showed us the grocery store the front of the hotel. The behaviour is very rude to answer any customers. In bathroom also the hot water facilities not available. In all 9 booked rooms all AIR CONDITIONERS also not working. Every time he turn off the main AC switches. When we Bring the food inside the Room He doesn’t allowed us to do that also. Means any kinds of our activities he didn’t told us in polite way. Hotel has Lift facilities also. But it’s not stopping on 1st and 2ed floors. We tried so much but lift is not stopping. We have to move our luggages of +30 people by manually by stairs. It’s too hard. Other customers also dissatisfied with his behaviour & the hotel hospitality. NillOur experience at Hotel Shri Ganesh, Dwarka was quite disappointing. We were a group of six people and were given only two rooms, but no extra bed was provided. In the morning, we did not receive towels or dental kits, which are basic amenities. Moreover, the staff’s behavior was rude and uncooperative. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and we would not recommend it to others.

NillThis is very good hotel to just stay as per the place. New hotel build and nice room. 1 KM away from temple. Do not expect service as it's pilgrim place. But you can stay here for less rates and good rooms.
