Had a wonderful stay. The people running the hotel were supportive and helpful. Service and hospitality was good. Location is a bit interior but you will get piping hot foods on the street side stalls. It's best for official or study purpose or student's family staying over.

Very Bad Experience...It was horrific , Unsafe ,no professionalism, bad management, Unhygienic, zero service. Ask for extra money... we pre booked this hotel at a fixed rate 2200 rs/per day for 4 nights but after Next day they ask us to leave the room or pay double the money... bcz some 15 people group are coming so that they will get more profit there...so they forced us to leave the room. No professionalism I have never seen this thing in any hotel....don't go to this hotel you will definitely have to pay extra with 3rd class services with smelly rooms

This is the worst hotel i have visited… We checked in morng they was no power v waited for 1 hr no power.. Rooms and washroom are pathetic and staff behaviour is worst they wont respond v told them to change the rooms they gave us even worst room and it had stains all over the walls horrible experience… The staff behaviour was worst they were lyk u checked in late so u have got that room… And v vacated and told them to refund they kept telling owner has to cm this tat… They have got fake reviews….

A very good hotel in Karol Bagh. Staff behavior was also polite. The room was clean. Overall a very good stay in this hotel. You can go for it.

Worst, don't go reception person was sleeping not done check in given 3rd class room has an attitude spoke badly not ready to talk unhappy with behaviour and the hotel.is also to bad. Don't go there, there are good hotel on that lane, No star for this

Located inside. Difficult to locate the hotel for a new person if commuting in an auto. No hot water in bathroom. Western commode has stains. Bathroom is not clean. Rooms are average (some lights are not working). Nearby locality outside the hotel is not clean and stinking. TV was not working. They could not repair TV inspite of complaining.

Suffocating, terrific and Un Breathable room. A very bad smell is coming from the room and bathroom. Un clean or used pillow and mattress. Bathroom rooftop leakage with water and fall on you while sitting on the toilet seat. Very bad and corrosive toilet faucet. Hot water no problem. Limited to choose any one from breakfast (aloo paratha or Puri bhaji). Location is very hard to get. No parking facility available. Staff behaviour is quite good.
