Worst experience I have ever faced during my trip, the rooms are filthy and dirty, no one even listen to your problems just rants about the money. Room service are the worst and wifi is even not working correctly plus the area it is situated is soo damn bad and in congested area too much traffic. I seriously will no ever recommend this place to anyone. Please please don’t consider this hotel if you love your money

Very unprofessional staff! Doesn't have basic manners to talk to customers. Being in the hospitality industry this is the least trait expected but they are worse. It will just make your stay very unpleasant.

The hotel denied check in, they said rooms were sold out even though I had a reservation and had spoken to them over call.

Rooms are a bit too small but that's the best you can get in karol bagh. Service was amazing, safe stealth parking, friendly staff especially the guard was very caring... Overall it was a very good stay.. i booked 1 night at first and then i extended for 2 more nights just because it was very pleasant to stay here.. thanks to the staff...
