Staffs behaved rudely while vaccating the room, to give that rooms to the next customers.

Such a bloody Hotel and worst experience ever. We stayed in a 5 people's AC room. Firstly the AC is not working properly and dripping down every half and hour. One only power socket was available and the hotel staffs are entering our room without locking. In the check in time they said one rate and after check out they charged more about. As we want to go early morning in Railway station we asked them for a taxi service and they said intially 500 rupees and at the morning they charged us 800 rupees, at that time we have no other options. And the taxi driver didn't put AC in the Car and he said that we didn't paid for the AC and if we want it we need to pay more and also he didn't dropped us at the entrance of the Station and we need to walk with our luggages. Please don't choose this hotel.

Had a very bad experience with the room, staff, and entire team. Please dont choose this hotel They charged money for ac rooms and Ac is not at all working And staff have no manners at alll.

Such a bloody worst experience, staffs are very bad behaving. Charges are very high and it’s not meeting our experience. They are charging double charges, even though they have promised AC rooms AC was not working and it was horrible to stay in room in summer.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I stayed in this hotel as a PG Student for 10 months. Rooms are old full of Lizards and Rats running everywhere. AC are kind of the oldest and not working at all and when informed them he's asking us the money to pay and that too a high amount. NO RO DRINKING WATER. Lift is not working for 6 months and when it worked I myself got struck in it 2 times. NO geyser facility. Beds are very old and full of DUST and the Cot was broken and the dressing table was hanging by a thread. The bathrooms are the worst, there are centipedes, spiders and moulds. Electricity bill was too high. He charged us Rs14 per Unit electricity and also charged us the free 200 unit electricity government provided. Room cleaning was not done properly, when informed service would be provided many days after informing. Too costly for such worst service. And they EXPLOIT the students who stay there by charging money for everything. For North Indian students they charge Rs10000 per month and for South Indians they charge Rs12500 to 13000 per month.

Literally worst experience of my life there male staff came inside twice or thrice without knocking at the door even though we told him not to do so because there were all girls inside and when we repeated ourselves he broke the set up box and stand to threaten us and show us his anger . The girls were so frightened and were almost crying. And the rooms were horrible with bedsheets and pillows that had blood stains on them and when we asked them to change they said they didn't had any . Cockroaches were sitting on our bed and the staff just threw it on the floor .It was a horrible and threatening experience

Worst experience I had ever had. 1) Lift is not working. We had to use staircase everytime to reach the top floor(3rd floor). 2) There is no facility for hot water. Water boiler is not working. 3) Initially the manager behaved good but later on he started behaving very rude.He is very money minded and tries to exploit in whatever way he could from the customers. 4)There is no water doctor to fill the water bottle in the 3rd floor. Everytime we had to come to the ground floor to fill the water bottle that too on a staircase(as rhe lift is not working). 5) The taps are not working properly. 6) Beds are very old. 7) Hospitality was not good as well. Not worth it... there are many hotels with much better facilities and good behavior staff than this hotel...

Very bad experience with this hotel ❗❗❗❗ I have already booked this hotel one week before my stay, they said okk at that time. And when I reached the hotel at my given time, there was no rooms available for me. Even after my booking they give room to others. Very untrustworthy hotel. Never recommend to anyone.
