Hotel Sitara Grand - Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Rooms are good but service is not upto mark they provide tea and milk powder only one time and that to in limited quantity. We had a dinner there which is worth every penny. Breakfast is not available. Need to improve the service. Once again will stay if we come again

One of the worst experiences I had in this restaurant they have behavioural issues with lots of arrogant in nature. We as a family order veg biryani but they had serve incomplete dish we found chicken pieces in the veg biryani and this is not mistakenly did This restaurant make fools of all devotees God will definitely punish them Worst , pathetic behaviour of staff and waiters . I had never faced such type of awful service in my whole life . Very third class restaurant and service .

Zero star is the best rating I can give to this waste hotel,pathetic.worst customer service,no flexibility,not convenient,very bad hospitality,in one year,this hotel will shut down.I hope this review will help the other customers
