Hotel Sitara Grand - Multi Cuisine Restaurant

It One of the restaurants we visited after our trip to Simhachalam worst experience and worst is not a enough word. We intended to have a vegetarian lunch during the Karthika Masam, but upon ordering the vegetarian biryani, we shockingly discovered the presence of prawns in the dish. This was not a case of mistaken order, as it was explicitly labeled as a vegetarian biryani and it have beans ,aloo ,cauliflower etc.Staff was saying misplaced it but i asked simple question how come veg biryani has prawns,so you can understand they cooking veg biryani either with prawns or cook is very careless and Also, it's proven that the same utensils have been used for both veg and non-veg. 🤢 #UtensilConfusion sitara #VegVsNonVeg #Avoidatanycost#Hotel Sitara Grand - Multi Cuisine Restaurant fraud , #Sitarafraud,#Sitaracareless,#SitaraAvoidvegetarians.

I've come here to get a food parcel. In the ground floor there is a counter no system to get the order and no one were there to update anything here. Some security person have guided me to go for first floor. There a lady sitting in the reception and were talking to phone with someone. She is not responding and not ready to take an order. Some supervisor have come to me and have taken an order and have asked me to wait at ground floor to take the order. It is not a proper way to behave with the customer.

Worse behavior from captain, the manager not comming to customer, for the issue. Customer has to go with manager. Single star also waste. Worse behavior

Hotel Sitara Grand is the best n top hotel & restaurant around 5 km now. Restaurant ambience is awesome. Food is delicious n yummy. It is now fulfilled the drawback of Simhachalam between Sujatha nagar, Baji junction, Hanumanthawaka roads with its excellent facilities, food, rooms, location etc. Our waiting is over. Love to visit n have food again. I wish, everyone passing through this Simhachalam road must try here.
