It is new and super clean property, perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and helpful. The in-house restaurant serves surprisingly good food. Rooms come with all the basic amenities like AC, TV, kettle, and hot water. The reception team is also quite supportive — they can help you arrange a cab if needed. A great choice for a hassle-free stay.

Rooms are very tired, low quality fittings and mattress. We found hair on the bed, tap handle that literally came off when turned.. TV wasnt working in one of the rooms, Its quite average of a room to begin with and add the broken stuff, its difficult to recommend but price should reflect this. Its in no way a 3 star, may be a poor 2 star at best. The food in the MINT restaurant was outstanding 👌 Was the only saviour of the stay here. Luckily we had a very short stay.

Clean, neat room and washroom, well maintained. Recommended for the family if you are looking for a place near Alipiri . Also the food in the mint restaurant was very good. All the staff in the hotel and restaurant are kind and treat guests well.

I had a bad experience here . There are cockroaches in the room ( near the mirror area and small cockroach were crawling on the bathroom wall) my kid had rashes all over the face. For couple the rooms are fine but with kids it is not recommended 😞. Had bad experience during breakfast( I did not opt complimentary breakfast) they made us wait and told there is no coffee and asked us to leave.( The girl in spex literally told you can go we don't have coffee)

Stayed for couple of days with family. It's a new hotel and maintenance is really really good. Highly recommend for someone prioritising cleanliness. The reception and house keeping staff had warmth, were kind, polite and hospitable. Couple of suggestions for enhancement: 1. Would recommend anti slip mats near bathroom. 2. The room which we stayed in, the bed side table needed minor carpentry work. Not et all a deal breaker, probably they can rectify immediately.

This is my second time in Janas. They are still keeping the best and improved than the last. I am so happy selecting them again and they didn't disappoint us. Food in mint restaurant is best quality food and delicious. Overall a complete satisfying and relaxed stay.

A very good place to stay in Tirupati. And location wise also its very near to Alipiri, not walkable though. Its located very near to ISKCON Tirupati. Staff is very friendly and helping. Rooms are clean and neat. AC working well. Parking space is available but very limited. They can accommodate vehicle in hotel premises but if the hotel is completely filled then you might have to park the car on road. There is a in-house restaurant as well, and food is pretty good. South Indian, North Indian food options are available. They serve food to room as well. Only con I feel is rooms are small, but thats manageable. Overall its a very comfortable stay for us in Janas hotel Tirupati. Can be considered easily if you wanna stay with family.

It's a good experience in the hotel, everything including furniture,room and bathroom are good. One can book this hotel if you are going with a family. I haven't faced any issues.
