Nice, clean, well maintained rooms. Very Good location. Hardly 2 kms or 4 minutes from Trimula Foot Hills Security Gate. Adequate parking available. For piligimage undoubtedly good hotel to stay. There is a small canteen or rather pantry available for morning complementary breakfast available from.8 am to 9.30 am. We had good experience during our stay of April 22nd - 23rd of this year. A common and contended person do not demand much for pilifimage except clean and tidy environment. Hence given 5*.

Checkin was on time. The rooms are quite small, and unfortunately, the bedsheets and quilt had not been changed, which was very unpleasant as they still had hair from previous guests. The air conditioner takes about an hour to cool the room, and the ceiling fan is ineffective, even at the highest setting. The breakfast served was also disappointing, with watery chutneys and limited options.

Good and neat place to stay. The hotel is situated on the main road. There are many restaurants nearby. But they don't have any emergency or medical kit. As the room which we stayed in had a broken lock bathroom door. While opening or closing I got hurt and the sideline nail skin came out and I started bleeding very badly. When checked with the management they didn't have any first aid box or bandaid or plaster to stop the blood. Luckily I had a dettol antiseptic with which I washed the area and tied my dupatta to stop the bleeding. And one dissatisfaction is that the guy in the reception always keeps asking for tips. Without any services provided,whenever he sees us,he will ask for tips. Since the parking space was small so they had to take our vehicle outside to remove others vehicles. So to park our vehicle from the parking lot to the road,he asked for tips. So these kinds of things need to be taken care of. Tips are what a customer gives when they are happy with the services. Otherwise location wise easily accessible.

I booked a hotel in Tirupati for two days with a king-size bed, including breakfast. On the first day, I was given a room meant for three people due to a room unavailability, but I adjusted. On the second day, my room was changed, and breakfast was delayed and served cold. On the final day, I had an early flight and requested breakfast around 7 AM. The hotel staff refused, explaining that their food arrives from outside after 8:30 AM, and they do not have an in-house kitchen and there was no refund no solution provided by the hotel

Location is the major plus for this property. Rooms are good with a manageable area. Facilities like kettle, plug points, AC, cupboard, TV are good. Cots and mattress are good. Narrow toilets with good basins. Don't expect a separate sofa area as in photos. Don't expect room service even for water. The parking area is restricted and you have to park the keys in reception itself. Nearby hotels and restaurants are reachable and good. Kapilar theertham temple is very near. Complementary breakfast timings are 8.30am to 9.30 am. Most guests skip.

Very Bad Experience, I think they have paid review.. Too much costly but the hotel is 1 star. They have written 3 star...Will never recommend anybody... I think they have very good camera.. What photos they clicked and what actual is completely different.

Poorly maintained rooms and Toilets. Not cleaned on a routine basis. But service is good.

The location of the hotel is fine, but the breakfast was awful ( they get it from outside ) no in house restaurant, the rooms are below average. The bathrooms are too small. Please don't just see the brand name and book treebos!
