Hotel Lotus Grand Elite

The overall experience in this hotel is excellent and worth recommending. The location is also good. There's another lodge nearby with almost similar name, but don't get confused. There is enough car parking. We have booked 6 rooms which include family rooms and two-person rooms. All the rooms are excellent. The staff are very cooperative. The 2 receptionists were very helpful. They are a call away for providing any service. Their response is quick. Overall helpful staff. Rooms were good but some of the rooms got smoking smell although it says smoking is not allowed. So if you are a non smoker ask for non smoking room. Staff was good and helpful, parking space is available for around 7 cars but exit is smaller so you have to keep sifting your car if someone behind you car wants to go out. Location is very good just few minutes away from starting point to uphill way to tirumala.

Absolutely Unacceptable Service and Disregard for Guests - AVOID Hotel Lotus Grand Elite at All Costs! I am utterly appalled and disgusted by the treatment I received from Hotel Lotus Grand Elite. I made a confirmed booking via phone on July 7th for a stay on July 28th. They even sent me a photo of a written note confirming my booking with my name, date, and amount as a follow-up. Despite this clear confirmation, my reservation was unceremoniously cancelled on July 19th because, as I was informed, "someone has bulk booked all the rooms." This is not just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for individual guests and a shocking display of unprofessionalism. What kind of establishment prioritizes a bulk booking over existing, confirmed reservations made well in advance? This demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and a disturbing willingness to abandon their commitments to paying customers. My plans were thrown into disarray, causing significant stress and forcing me to scramble for alternative accommodation. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Hotel Lotus Grand Elite to look elsewhere. You cannot trust them to honor their bookings, and their customer service is non-existent when it truly matters. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Pros: None Cons: Unreliable bookings, poor communication, complete disregard for guest commitments, unprofessional management, failure to honor confirmed reservations.

I'm so happy with the Rooms and the service too, provided by the staff. We booked a total of 6 rooms and I'm very happy that I chose this very Hotel. We had a family function and the staff helped us a lot. Overall, very satisfied!!

The Hotel is at Prime Location near to Kapila Theerta and near to bus stop to catch the bus to Tirumala. However the room which I was provided has no view since it is covered by building and there is no in-house dining. Room is neat and clean, and there are good restaurants near by.

Not a paid review, don't worry. It's a fairly new property. Location is very good, right across the Kapila Theertham Bus stop. Service is good, they were quick to respond to our needs. Washroom is clean. I liked their 24 hrs check in, check out, which limited numbers of hotels provide. I stayed for a day and overall, I had a good experience. I hope they maintain the property like it is now. Hope to visit again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Tirupati. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

Bathroom doesn't have proper drain, if you take bath water flow towards entrance of bathroom and keep stagnant at that location. Hill view have good visibility to Hill and it's at prime location.
