Treebo Usha Vasivi,Alipiri Road

Location of this hotel is good. There is no secured car parking. We had a very bad experience here yesterday. While we entering the room at 7 PM huge number of small cocroches running here and there including over the bed.Really sorry to tell that our stay was not comfortable .

The rooms were great and clean. They gave only one towel.. We dint ask for more though(they would have given more if asked). The towels could be better. Got hot water for bathing with instant heater. On request they provided Dental kit. They had given 2 soap,2 water bottles, shampoo and couple of tea and coffee sachet. The sheet were clean. Free Wifi and tv. They were helpful. The parking is kind of limited, but they should help you find a spot and park. Value for money for a night's stay to visit the Lord Venkateswara

This hotel is on good location considering you are going to visit Temple.However the room was dirty with lots of cockroaches. The geyser and taps bathroom were not working. Pillows and towels had stains. Basically if you are planning for longer stay don't choose this hotel. Don't expect very good service from this hotel.

Pros: 1. The room was very clean. 2. Bathrooms were well-maintained. 3. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. 4. Complimentary water bottles were provided. 5. Basic toiletries were available. 6. Convenient location, close to Kapila Theertham on Alipiri Road. Cons: 1. Corridors and walkways were poorly maintained. 2. Garbage outside the rooms was not collected promptly, causing a bad smell. 3. Our room was on the third floor, and while the lift worked on the first day, it was out of service for the next three days. We had to use the stairs, which were dirty, smelly, and made for an unpleasant experience. 4. No covered parking is available for cars.

When you book a Treebo property you know what to expect . Exactly in my case. I did not expect any luxuries , just bare basics so the good things first - Excellent location - Nice rooms which are reasonably neat and clean Not so good - - The staff at the reception are lost and disinterested - The keys at the door did not work and they swapped rooms - I suspected a snooping of our room after we left because we forgot something for which we came back and found the reception person trying to open our room. On questioning he seemed unsure of what to respond Unacceptable - The complimentary BF is a disgrace - they gave us one Masala Dosa split into half which was humiliating. On being asked , they said for room residents they give only Half a masala Dosa

Located appropriately with few meters away to the entrance to Tirumala and many eatery joints nearby makes it an approachablr and wonderful place to stay with family. Balu and his team were excellent, great hospitality with all the facility required. Highly recommend and look forward to stay in this property during upcoming visits.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights in double occupancy, two rooms, four people, during my business trip to Rayalseema. It was not less than a nightmare for all of us for those two days. AC not working upto the mark. Toilet Flush system is hopeless. Housekeeping ladies asking for more tips even after giving away ₹100 to them…!! Their Restaurant charges are exorbitant. Restricted & limited Breakfast is being served. Room services are discontinued after 6pm. Overall, an hopeless experience for all of us…!! Strictly avoid staying in this property. 🙏

Pathetic experience from start to finish. The restaurant is a joke – tasteless food, overpriced, and the service is unbelievably slow and careless. They charge more than other hotels nearby but deliver nothing close to decent. The so-called “package” includes Wi-Fi, TV, geyser, AC, and breakfast – none of it works properly. AC doesn’t cool, water issues all the time, Wi-Fi is useless, TV doesn’t work , and breakfast is bland and cold. Staff are rude, unresponsive, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. This place is all hype, zero service. Total scam. Never booking Treebo again.
