OYO 703103 Poluru Grand Inn

DO NOT TRUST THEM A negative star would be the most appropriate rating for this hotel. We booked our rooms after seeing the good reviews online but it turned out to be a nightmare. We had made the payment and confirmed our booking, yet our room was alloted to someone else and we had to search for a different hotel in the middle of night. The staff is not shameful of its conduct at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER We arrived to check in to our prepaid room only to find out that the room was alloted to someone else due to the terrible hotel management. It is the customer who has to pay for the scandals of the staff. There is absolutely no communication among the staff members and no shame after subjecting their customers to such irresponsible behaviour.

Horrible experience. Denied room after confirmation of booking for 3 night stay. Reception staff unworthy. Located in a narrow residential area, far from market where vehicles can't move smoothly. Deserves negative star rating. Beware of fake reviews and one should book this property at own risk.

Excellent rooms, service, affordable price for A/C accommodation , with pleasent climate. Service is very good and we family really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent rooms with greenery around,hot water, AC and service is also very fast. Staff are polite and helpful

I personally feel the stay very comfortable and the staff is also very polite. The place is very peaceful and ambient to stay with all facilities.

I had booked a prepaid room by oyo and I had reached the hotel correct time but hotel authorities not allotted accommodation very bad experience

Rooms are too good and hygienic and terrace view have a very good look. Receiving guests is very nice.
