Booked rooms during family visit to Tirupati using MMT with advance payment that were confirmed … however could not locate the hotel while searching in Tirupati and when called for location, hotel says they don’t have any free rooms and declined to offer a room or share the location… had to search for alternative in emergency and follow ups with MMT for refund and even hotel did not provide feedback back to MMT if they have allotted a room for me or not… suggest stay away from this hotel for online / MMT booking to avoid any inconvenience & surprises

Devotional look 👀 in construction. Medium space mandapam & is dinner hall . Best kalyana majjdapam in budget wise . Good parking space Air conditioner is not available.

The worst choultry. Not even worth of 1star but can't give less than one star. Problems in choultry: 1. AC in rooms ( out of 6 rooms, AC in 2 rooms were not working). 2. Power supply for one line ( power supply for one side fans, power points and out side lighting lines) was not working till 7PM. 3. Early morning from 5:30AM to 7:00AM water is not avaliable. The answer what we got is " we can't do anything... " 4. Labour: when there is work no one will come to do, we have to push them to do the work. When bride and groom came for dinner all the labours surrounded them for money ( No manager or other choultry guys are avaliable to restrict them). 5. Choultry time is 24hrs only ( if you are taking at 11:AM next day you have to check out at 11:AM, even catering guys are not allowed). You will not get it early or if you are vacating the choultry little bit late... be ready to pay extra amount( 1hr to 3hrs : 4k above 3hours 8k as labour fee and for choultry charges will be extra). No bills for extra charges and if you insist them for bill, a small piece of paper slip will be provide (same as slips provide in small provisions store). After facing all this issue's, if u want to tell ur feed back or complaint, the management wìll not take it. Mr. Chakravathi's attitude is like " who are you to give us suggestions / feedback." This feedback / review is to alert the people, who are planning to take this choultry. Before taking this choultry i saw the reviews and they were average and good. All this reviews were given nearly one year before and today this hall condition is completely different. I will never forget Raju and Mr. Chakravathi in my life time.

It's not bad to arrange marriage events here, It might suits for lower middle class people marriages, Not a grand entrance, Food arrangements can be placed at downfloor but Reception can be arranged in top floor which is something dizzy and adjacent to Kalyana Mandapam there's empty lands which provides us some insecurity and meanwhile the rooms are also not looking pleasing
