Hotel O Kennedy Nagar Near Railway Station

I came today morning to stay here. I booked hotel with 3 beds but after reaching here they said they won't give 3 rd bed.Rooms are not clean.beds are not proper.no towels no bed sheets arranged. Booked they oyo and they insisted to pay full amount and paid to oyo.now oyo is not ready to refund. Their photo and hotel room live is not at all matching. Not even 10%> Completely cheating by oyo

I experienced very bad at that hotel. All the images are graphic and copied from other hotel which they have uploaded under websites. I checked out within 15min. Cockroaches, rat died smell, rude behaviour, no lock kindly refer the below images. I kindly the people don’t go at this place. We can get better rooms at good location with fair price.

Our experience at this hotel in Tirupati was nothing short of a nightmare. It doesn’t even deserve a single star for its room maintenance, odor, and abysmal customer service. We booked the room online through their customer care and explicitly stated that we would pay only after inspecting the room. The customer care representative assured us the rooms were “too good” and hygienic. However, this was far from the truth. Firstly, the information provided on Google is misleading. They claim the hotel is a 5-minute walk to Srivarimetlu, but in reality, it’s a 15-minute drive by car. The hotel’s name listed on Google is “O’Kennedy,” but it’s actually called “Jayalakshmi Residency.” We booked the room around 11:30 AM and checked in at 12:10 PM. The moment we stepped in, we were appalled. The room and its surroundings were in deplorable condition, with a foul smell permeating everywhere. The bedsheets were stained, and the walls were smeared with gutka stains. It was impossible to stay in such an unhygienic environment, so we checked out immediately. What followed was an even more frustrating ordeal with their so-called “customer care.” After calling over 10 times and explaining the situation repeatedly, they were rude and unhelpful. They outright refused to process any refund, demonstrating a total lack of respect or understanding of customer service. This was not customer care—it was customer harassment. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel and its services. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Terrible experience! We booked 15 rooms, but the hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms were not clean, and the bathrooms were in poor condition. There was no cleaning service, and the front desk was unresponsive to our concerns. The bedsheets were dirty, and there was no effort to maintain the rooms. 100% avoid this hotel. Waste of money

Not even willing to give one star The place was total mess. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and full of cockroaches. There were no proper locks on the bathrooms or even the main door, which felt very unsafe.Used sanitary napkins was seen near dressing table.Cocoroaches infested whole room.Lifts doesn't work,They don't even provide drinking water.This guest house doesn't satisfy basic hygiene conditions The bathrooms didn’t even have a water heater, and the overall hygiene was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This place cannot be called a hotel. It is a dilapidated lodge in some creepy place. They rooms are unlivable. They stink of urine and the reception advises you to keep the door open if the smell is too much. We had booked 6 rooms and did not stay there as it was unbearable. We had to find out a new place and shift late in the evening. We found many other people who had made bookings also fighting with the staff at the reception and refusing to stay in the room.

Everything that there is about the hotel is worst. This is absolute no no for a family stay. Cockroach laden, smelly rooms dirty sheets, dirty bathroom and without a toilet seat. No hot water, no TV, doors wouldn't close properly. The hallway smelling of cigarettes smoke. Horrible stay ever.

Horrible place in tirupati, worst rooms and worst service provided by the hotel management, they crave for tips and be behind customers, but don't respond when they are called. Oyo is the culprit for entertaining such idiots in their website and looting customer's money saying it's a 4 star rated hotel. The pictures shown in the website is completely opposite to the present scenario. Please atleast seeing this review please don't book either in OYO or else in this hotel whenever you come to tirupati because once you book the hotels in OYO or else in this hotel do not expect atleast normal service from them.
