Hotel O Kennedy Nagar Near Railway Station formerly Jayalakshmi Residency

This place cannot be called a hotel. It is a dilapidated lodge in some creepy place. They rooms are unlivable. They stink of urine and the reception advises you to keep the door open if the smell is too much. We had booked 6 rooms and did not stay there as it was unbearable. We had to find out a new place and shift late in the evening. We found many other people who had made bookings also fighting with the staff at the reception and refusing to stay in the room.

Worst hotel ever. Horrible stay. Better to stay at railway station. Full of cockroaches and room has bad unpleasant smell. Hope this place shuts down soon. Unhygienic bathrooms 🤢🤮

Everything that there is about the hotel is worst. This is absolute no no for a family stay. Cockroach laden, smelly rooms dirty sheets, dirty bathroom and without a toilet seat. No hot water, no TV, doors wouldn't close properly. The hallway smelling of cigarettes smoke. Horrible stay ever.

Horrible place in tirupati, worst rooms and worst service provided by the hotel management, they crave for tips and be behind customers, but don't respond when they are called. Oyo is the culprit for entertaining such idiots in their website and looting customer's money saying it's a 4 star rated hotel. The pictures shown in the website is completely opposite to the present scenario. Please atleast seeing this review please don't book either in OYO or else in this hotel whenever you come to tirupati because once you book the hotels in OYO or else in this hotel do not expect atleast normal service from them.

This hotel is very dirty..they give used bed sheets with stain and smell .the chocroach don't lie under the bed, they sleep with you on the bed.. the condition of room is so terrible that I checked out in fe hours even though it was booked for 2 days..it's better to stay in platform rather in this hotel..please go through the pictures if you still have any doubt

The room is so dirty that cockroach prefer to sleep on the bed.. it smells worse than toilets in train..please stay away from this hotel..there are paid ratings on booking portals..don't get fooled by those..I got fooled by those ratings..it's better to spend ur night on train platform rather in a room in this hotel

Never expected a room like this. Very pathetic condition. Why Oyo is having a tie up with this type of rooms? Waste of money. No more coments. Anyone can understand the room situation while seeing the pics

This is the worst i have seen. After entering into the place myself and family returned back immediately. The kind of smell, the maintenance and everything is at the worst. Cushions were torn. The outside sofas were fully damaged. What ever needs to be in the garbage are here in this place. I would definitely not recommend
