OYO Flagship 41985 Jayalakshmi Residency

Had worst experience ever staying in a hotel. On name of amenities except Wifi nothing was working. Immediately entering the hotel at reception there were insects & mosquitoes. In room neither fan, ac, flush, basin tap was working. It's really gives negative vibe in hotel or rooms. I won't stay again if I'm paid to stay here. I regret of not reading comments on google & booked from oyo app where rating was 4.3. Not sure if Oyo does basic checks before adding such hotels in there list.

Very very pathetic service provided by hotel staff. unhygienic and not suitable for family stay. no drinking water provided in room by hotel staff. washroom/toilet in very dirty condition

One of the worst places to stay, definitely avoidable, there are many better options around.. Rooms dirty, building old, taps faulty,pot broken ,bedsheets dirty,staff rude and unhelpful, saw Manager shouting at other customers,also pressurising to leave early for next set of bookings, stay at DJ Grand in January which is nearby it was way better than this at slightly higher price despite having a few shortcomings here and there maybe because it was new.
