NAVEED RESIDENCY

I was booked a room one day before.Because I reached the location at midnight.But I reached at midnight they simply told rooms were not available. Then I faced the worst experience in that night There were no rooms available in any of the hotels. I preferred Don't believe in the hotel for pre booking. I'm not the only person who faced this issue so many people faced it.

The hotel has a good location and the ambience was all good but the service boys did not respond when asked to clean the room check the photos were added and the TV was not working The wifi was also not available

Rooms are pathetic with out proper water and A/C facility and service is also pathetic. Requested soft copy bill but dint receive

I recently visited Naveed residency and had a fantastic experience! The venue was elegant, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Plus, the food served was delicious. I would definitely recommend for stay or any other events!

The worst means is a worst service. I never saw this kind of service in entire hotel industry. The washroom exhaust not working. I told couple of times not even rectified till now. They are not even providing dental kit I’m truly recommended to you guys go and book OYO, the best service provided but don’t book this hotel. I’m truly telling you’re totally disappointed.
