Very good hotel for stay. Very big and we'll ventilated rooms. Some foul smell in the corridor. The drainage infrot and beside the hotel is a minus and hope these will get cleared soon. Wash room maintenance can be improved. Very polite and helpful staff

Being a solo traveller,this place was the best ever!! When you enter the place,you can feel the positive vibes around the property.The staff are so friendly and always there to help. The room is so neat and clean...the bathroom is spacious with 24 hours of hot water.Morning Breakfast was light & just right for the stomach🙂 Overall,my 2 nights stay was awesome...and for a traveller like me...wherever I go,end of the day I need a nice bed,bathroom & quite place.Stay in The Grand Inn is a perfect place for all of it.

Pathetic hotel. Have checked in on 27 Aug. No geyser/hot water, no cable TV, Linen not provided, intercom was not working, no in- dine facility. There was power cut at midnight and surprisingly no power back. Reception informed that there is an issue with the Generator. Had to forcefully check out at 0600 in the morning and look out for alternate options. Please donot choose this hotel at any cost. Am sure the cheapest hotel in Ananthapur would be having better basic facilities when compared to grand Inn hotel

This hotel is very bad. Dont get cheated. I paid 2000 and checked in at 12am midnight and checked out at 10am. Power backup is not available neither they informed; on asking they're telling no power backup. Hot water doesn't come. They wont give toiletry kits also. Bedsheet is torn. Total waste of money.

The location of the hotel is slightly in the interiors, not preferred by much highway travellers, but for persons visiting the city have this hotel as a good option on the list. Car parking is available, but limited. The facilities need to be demanded rather than provided automatically. The managers probably leave early and leave the hotel at the hands of lower staff at night. Despite having booked from MakeMyTrip, the attendents ignored and avoided giving room. Upon insistence allotted a room, without towel, water, soap. Late night arrival is a horrible experience.

Hotel is located centrally, easily accesible from railway station and bus stand.Thats it. Nothing more can be said about this hotel. Very poor maintanence of the hotel premises, lobby, lift etc... Not Clean. Thankfully rooms were clean, not spick and span, but reasonably clean, i,e you can make do with one day stay. no room service. hotel restaurant starts by 7.00 am, complimentary breakfast is another big farce. it was looking like the restaurant was serving only breakfast, very badly maintained restaurant premises. Food cooked by reluctant cooks and served by even more reluctant servers, if it tastes good then its a surprise. But that said, Anantapur is such kind of dusty town, this hotel looks good in comparison with its peers. Can stay there if you have nowhere else to go. Eat outside, atleast you will get the food hot.
