Bagya's Residency

My stay at Bhagya's Residency in Andhra Pradesh was a mixed experience. The hotel offers decent rooms that are comfortable enough for a short stay, but the service, especially by the night caretaker, left much to be desired. When we arrived, the night caretaker informed us that there were no rooms available. This was quite frustrating, as we had made prior arrangements. After a phone call to the owner, we discovered that rooms were indeed available. It turned out the caretaker was simply avoiding the booking because he was busy sleeping, and it seemed he didn't want to be disturbed. While the rooms were adequate, the poor service we received upon arrival soured the experience. It's disappointing when a hotel with potential is let down by unprofessional staff. I hope the management addresses these issues so future guests can have a more pleasant stay. Note for Owner:- please take care of the night caretakers and security

Just now I checked out from the bagya hotel, there is one guy Nagaraju talked very Rudely with us and he is drunk. I have been visiting this hotel for past 3 years . In this 3 years I never face this kind of situation. They beaten me for extra money.. I am requesting bagya management to take action against him otherwise I will complaint to the police station.

They have charged 1750 for uncleaned room where tv does not work, all the materials were smelling , no proper staff , I booked for 2 days and payed only for a day told them that we will pay later , the person stood out of door at 6 am itself to pay room charge like it’s too much
