華住旗下酒店，衛生達標，床品舒適，和閨蜜兩個去玩，在融創茂對面，步行就能到，第一天沒訂到標間，住了一晚大床，床有點小，第二晚就改標間了，商務酒店，有健身房 ，也有洗衣房，會員免費早餐，自助形式，而且很好吃，種類很全，房間冰箱飲品免費 ，去的時候是學生放假的時間，旺季還是挺貴的，平時性價比還是挺高的朋友出遊

房間升級了，很大。大家的服务态度都很好。遇到了问题最后也比较好的解决了。

The staff is surprise nice and very helpful. It's a kids friendly hotel. I remembered on the Chris**as Day, when we returned to the Hotel, the staff immediately gave us 3 bottles of warm water as it was snowing outside. The room is spotless clean and the breakfast is affluent. It is very near to the Sunac city, just 5 minutes walk. A good choice in Harbin.

We had the most amazing stay in the Deluxe suite in this hotel✨️From check-in, the staff were welcoming and very efficient in getting us settled. And all our interactions with them were pleasant.Our room was clean, warm and very lit.​There were complimentary fruits, fruit drinks and soda. We also had access to a coffee machine in our room.​The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even lotion which smelled so good, much like vetiver. ​There was an air purifier and a humidifier to help with the dry air. The breakfast was really good and I appreciated being able to do 'take-away'. I also liked seeing that the take away option was widely available and much supported by the hotel's preparation of boxes and bowls so that there wouldn't be food wastage or recycling. We were able to do our laundry (wash and somewhat dry) by ourselves.The location of the hotel was easily accessible by car and Sunac Land is 3 minutes away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.😊

The check in went very quickly even if the receptionist didn't speak English, we used the translator. We chose 2 rooms with 2 single beds for larger bed dimension and we did well. Size :1m20 per bed compared to the king size bed room :1m50 / 1 bed only in the room. The room itself is very spacious. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and fruits upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was very nice too. Oriental and occidental choices, a yummy croissant ( hotel French touch)There is a huge shopping mall within 5 minutes walk away from the hotel where we enjoyed the indoor ski/skate. Thanks to the hotel receptionist for helping us to find a taxi on several occasions, we asked for extra pillows and our request were granted and Thanks also to allow us a late check out on the day of our departure as our flight departed late. We will definitely choose this hotel when we come back to Harbin. A. Wong

The hotel itself is nice and the staff were very friendly. We booked a family room which was a good size. Room was too hot (28⁰C) and unable to adjust the thermostat but opening the window in -29⁰C was too cold. The hotel isn't that close to the places we wanted to visit (Ice/Snow World, Sun Island etc - approx 15mins taxi away). Sunac Land is walkable but closed in winter. There is a good mall 500m away.

Great location close to the ice festival and room was at the standard you'd expect from a Mercure hotel. However, the room temperature was set at 29,5 degrees with no other option to cool down but to open the window, with -20 degrees outside. Difficult to sleep with such heat. Breakfast buffet was very local but of correct quality. Coffee would have been a nice addition.

First time in Harbin, as my girlfriend recommended this hotel since she often flies to Harbin for work and her company always stays here. The lady working at the hotel was an absolute delight, she did a great job. Really enjoyed my stay.

第一次来哈尔滨，女朋友经常飞哈尔滨出差，公司也经常住这里，所以推荐了这家酒店。在酒店工作的那位女士非常令人高兴，她做得很好。我真的很享受我的住宿。
